Mitch is the absolute best!! I had fallen on some hard times, and every dealership wouldn't work with me unless I had thousands of dollars down. I needed a car so badly, I read the reviews about the Sherm's Store so I reached out. They told me to come in and we can talk, and see what my options were. Mitch sat and listened to me for a few hours, he put good faith in me and financed me in house. He had 2 cars I was able to choose from, he wanted to get me into a car that I would be done paying on within 2 years, he was very upfront about the 2 vehicles. They both were older, but in great shape, he made the payments work for me, and never once made me feel bad about my past. I've now had the car for almost a year, and it still is so reliable, never any issues. Thank you so much Mitch!! You're a amazing person!

I found this car via FB Market, called on it and showed up for a test drive. We came and wondered around, no one came to 'bother' us and sell me a car, they let us come to them. Skyler was our salesman, he was great to work with, he has a great since if humor and was fun to work with, everything went smoothly and we drove off in our 'new to us' car after we had a few requests that were handled promptly. Highly recommend this dealership!

After having my old family vehicle die on me my husband and I looked around Ogden for good dealerships. We noticed a lot of good reviews and lookzled at Sherm's inventory. Serendipitously, they had a vehicle that would meet all of our needs at an outstanding price. We headed over and checked the vehicle out. We met Mitch who let us test drive the vehicle. He didn't pressure us at all when we were there and he didn't act pushy at all when we said we wanted to think about things over night.

We decided to get the car we looked at. He helped us with getting two of our old vehicles traded in for a little and gave us time to talk to our financial institution for financing.

Our entire experience at Sherm's was great. Mitch was great, the car is great, the price was perfect, and I highly recommend Sherm's. We will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Great car buying experience. Mitch was great to work with and offered a fair price on our trade-in to make sure we could get into the truck we wanted. Process was smooth and easy. Very transparent, no hidden fees or upsales like the big car dealerships. Mitch treats everyone like family and wants to help you out as much as he can. Fun personality and hospitable. I would recommend Sherm's for anyone looking for a used car.

I was looking to trade my car in and buy a truck and had done some research on the auto dealers in my area and they all had terrible reviews and horror stories from previous customers, all of them except Sherm's. So I checked them out, and i'm very happy that I did. I had my first dealership purchase experience at Sherm's and it was fast and easy. The employees are very kind and professional, and are not afraid to give you a great deal. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, go straight to Sherm's and never look back, you won't regret it!

We live 100 miles away from Sherm's store, but found a car we were pretty interested in on the internet. Having no past experience with Sherm's; no referrals; no information at all---we decided to take a leap of faith and check them out (and the rest is History!) Skyler was great with us on the phone as well as once we arrived at the lot. We discovered that they also had 2 other vehicles equally as clean, priced right and just what we were looking for. This made our decision harder, but we could have saved a lot more time and effort had we just gone there in the first place! If you're in the used car market, just go with them-- it's worth it. As we were driving off the lot, we noticed a nail in the tire. They sent us right down to Discount Tire (Josh and the crew at Discount Tire are also amazing and highly recommended). the tire could not be repaired since the nail was close to the sidewall. When there wasn't a matching tire to replace that one, Mitch and Skyler kicked in and purchased 2 new tires! This was after papers had been signed and the deal was closed--They earned our business that day and we won't hesitate making the trip the next time we need to purchase something. I know it's hard to get excited about shopping for a car, especially with a dealership but the people at Sherm's are not your usual car dealers.

Our previous car (also bought at Sherm's several years ago) was totaled in a bad accident and we needed to find a reliable vehicle that would keep us safe and we needed one quick. The people at Sherm's were upfront and honest about every car on their lot and weren't just friendly, but down to earth and genuine. They did everything they could to help us get into the car that we needed and we are very happy with our experience.

These people are great and I highly recommend them.

The best experience me and my husband had buying a car. We had a budget we had to stick with in, and we scored a BEAUTIFUL CAR, they went all out for us on getting the car serviced! I had a much better experience here than at the large used car dealerships I went to. The salesmen were very honest and upfront about the cars and even pointed out things that were wrong with them that I wouldn't have noticed on my own. They were very easy to work with during the buying process as well as after I purchased my car from them.
I took the car they sold me to a mechanic to be checked out and it turned out to be in great shape just like they said it was. They gave me a great price on a car and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These are great honest people! Colby is the best and works hard for you...the customer! Bought a Honda Odyssey from Colby a year ago and the whole experience was fantastic. After shopping many used car dealers in the area I went to Sherm's and knew when I talked to them on the phone I was going to buy my vehicle from them. Sense buying the van I feel my family and I have been accepted and become a part of their family. They recently helped me out when our van was in an accident. Can't say enough about these good people of Sherm's Store.

This was our second time dealing with Sherm's. I would highly recommend buying through them if you're looking to get a great deal without a bunch of games. They are honest and treat you like you're family. The vehicles that we bought were great and we got great deals on them too.

Awesome experience ! We went in pretty exasperated after trying 4 previous dealers, and left completely happy and impressed ! The whole process was efficient, and they made trading in our old car simple and easy! We left with the exact vehicle we wanted (plus some!), and under budget about $5000-7000 LESS than any other dealer we talked to. They even paid for our lunch, and had plenty of treats to entertain our 2 year old during the process of purchasing. I will recommend Sherms again and again!

I have always been hesitant when thinking of buying a car since I am a single woman and worry about being treated unfairly. I am amazed and thankful at the kindness, honesty, and dedication Sherms provided. Skyler, in particular, was amazing and I knew I could trust him 100%. If you are not car smart and/ or worry about the truthfulness of car salesmen, leave your worries behind and go to Sherm's. Not only did I get a killer deal on a vehicle, I've made a few friends there as well.
