Stopped in to get a flat tire plugged. The guys were fast as fair getting us taken care of. And of course you can grab lunch at J Creek Cafe while the work is done! Perfect combo !

I know Tito still has my car but I just want to say they are working very hard. For that I'll rate them 5 stars. Great job to the mechanics. Love coming to J Creek Cafe. Great food and great people.

After coming down a mountain, my breaks gave out, we were in Waynesville for Christmas, so the day after this was the only place that would get us back on the road. The mechanic James was super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and got us back on the road in no time! Great place to go if you have any car issues! Thank you James!

They were on the ball today, took about 30 minutes to put some new tires put on. They were polite,nice, and timely.
And on top of it all , I needed some electrical supplies, they had what I was looking for and it was cheaper than most of the other stores and I didn't have to run all over town, one stop shopping gotta love it!

Flat tire on a Saturday....these guys got me right in and fixed it..and to top it off they have a small cafe attached so lunch was super convenient.....kudos to you all and thanks again....

This is a great jewel hidden away in the J Creek valley. Folks may drive right by it, but it is a great source for all sorts of common everyday needs and repairs. There is electrical, plumbing, automotive, food, and simple necessities- items I often find when I need them most. And always greeted with a smile. Good folks.

Great little country store with hardware to groceries to fuel to repairs. People are great. Visit here you will be surprised.
Update, had a terrible oil leak in our 2014 Jeep. Left it with Tito. He got us in quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great service. Thanks Tito.

We needed 2 camper trailer tires on a Sunday before a holiday. Not only were they open, they did the job in less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly, and they sell lots of other hardware and supplies.

Excellent service repairing a part that got replaced less than 3 months ago.

Headlight went out. Purchased new pair from auto-part dealer in town. Dealer couldn't install it for me, nor could another shop in town. Took it here and within minutes Jay had it installed. Kind, courteous and professional. Glad to find these guys

I like the place. Store, garage (tires, oil change, etc) and a restaurant. Plenty of parking. The owner Michael is a stand up guy imo.

Great local gas and supply store, garage and restaurant

I got a flat tire on I-40 while traveling to St. Louis. The AAA driver that helped me, recommended Sorrells to get my tire replaced. The mechanics were very friendly and polite and immediately replaced my tire and at a very reasonable rate. We had a great lunch at the cafe next door and were back on the road in no time.

Tire service is great. The hardware store is better than Ace with low low prices. I'm going to start going here for many things instead of the local Lowes or Home Depot. The restaurant has fair priced country cooking with excellent daily specials.

I was in a panic! I needed a battery in a hurry because I had to be in Knoxville at a certain time today. I called Sorrell's, they had the battery I needed and were waiting for me when I got there. They had me in-and-out in 15 minutes. Excellent service!

My boyfriend and I were traveling when we got a flat tire. It was a Sunday, so almost all places were closed except Sorrells. They were very nice and quick to help us. The tire change was fast, efficient, and very affordable. The workers at Sorrells really care about their customers and getting them safely back on the road as fast as they can. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
