If anyone wants to know what customer service should look like should stop by Paul Gross. The instant I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff will ask if I need any help ( I usually do need help lol). I've never felt pressured to purchase anything. The prices are very affordable with a great selection. This will be one store that I will visit as long as I live in the area.

They wouldn’t expect a tip was good price and it barley hurt and was a little red when I got my ears pierced for the first time they were very friendly

Just had them resize a ring for me that I had recently ordered from an outside company (my mother just recently passed, ring is a sterling silver band imprinted with my parents thumbprints). The goldsmith did an excellent job on a piece that was challenging. The staff was exceptional. I've never had a negative experience here.

Beautiful store with friendly and helpful employees. Took four rings for checking settings and cleaning. Very professional. Took care of everything within 5 minutes-no charge. Highly recommend.

I broke the setting on my wedding ring...rather than repairing the original setting they put in a new one...i think the ring looks fancier now than it did when i originally got it! I also bought a "work" ring (so that i dont break my pretty one again) i use my hands alot at work and it is holding up to my roughness wonderfully. They also told me i can come in every 6months and they will check the prongs on my ring and clean it, no charge. Extremely happy with my experience there.

Very happy with my experience today. Today meant a lot. I have been there before and have purchased items. But today was the best. I had Lisa who was exceptional, took the time to find the right item. I can’t stop thinking about it. My father passed away almost a year ago and needed a bereavement item and wow. She took her time with me, it was like she put together a piece of art that I hope my daughter will cherish forever. Thank you Lisa!!!! You were amazing.

This is a great local shop that has a lot of quality products. Have bought from here multiple times and have never had a problem, service wise or quality wise. Staff is very knowledgeable and do their best to find what you are looking for.

This is a fantastic jewelry store! I bought a pair of earrings, because they customized them for me. The earrings were posts, but I wanted wires. Not a problem for them. Now I wear the earrings all the time. There are many more things to buy that I like.
