Matt is awesome! I took my boat to 3 other Yamaha dealers and spent thousands trying to resolve an electrical issue. I contacted YAMAHA support and was told to take it to Rock Outdoors and I was fortunate to meet Matt. He worked on my motor and got it running better than when I bought! He has a ton of knowledge and a Great personality and communicates like you want to be talked to.
I hope he doesn’t go anywhere 😀

Brook did an excellent job explaining our options. She was very helpful and patient. We're looking forward to trying out our new when the weather warms up. Family was really excited when they found out Christmas morning.

This place has it all and it's been in our backyard, so to speak, for some time now. Go see Jason Thomas. He is in Marine Sales there. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We were there on Father's Day weekend and we were obvious tire kickers and he still answered all of our questions. PS: If he gets a boat load of commissions from my review please tell him Michele - The Triad Broker recommended him and Rock Outdoors. Great place. 😁

From the moment we walked in to this store, we were intrigued. It's like an outdoor candy store. We kept getting pulled around the store by our eyes. Our last visit was our best. We went in to find J-bars for our Kayaks and walked out owning a boat. Steve's no pressure sales approach was amazing. He helped guide us with his knowledge of the area, the activities, and of course the lake. He did something pretty special... he listened. We really appreciated that. After spending about 45 minutes sitting on the boat in the showroom I was pretty sure he was worried on how he was going to get us off. Stop in to this local gem and let your eyes do the walking for you. You won't believe how great their selection is.

It reminds me of a little Bass Pro Shop. They have everything as the big fishing stores but with better customer experience in helping you find the things you want and need

We just purchased our first Bass Boat from a great salesman Steve Barrow we got a great deal rebates and a very nice boat.The one thing that really sold us both was how he treated us both he talked with us BOTH not the man.He gave us all the information on the boat he wasn't pushy he let us take time and make our choice we did our research and called this morning and they are getting the boat ready for us.I really hate a pushy salesman I will walk out if I feel that way.Steve was more like a friend than a salesman's very honest.I feel that we will be taken great care of by Rock Outdoors and Steve said call me if you have any questions after the sale.Also they will go through the boat and instruct us on everything and how to use it.I have never met a Sales Man like this.Its a really nice store has about anything you could want.

Excellent service, down-to-earth advice, not pushy at all, and a large, clean store with good selection. They had the kayak I was looking for, helped with advice on paddles, helped me load it all up, and Shane even gave advice on where to go in the area to get on the water. Great experience!

They were very patient with my novice questions about a pontoon I purchased privately. They did a full tuneup on the motor and got it running like new. Good prices, good people, good service - will definitely be back.

Great customer service. Purchased a battery for my fish finder 4.4 amp one, didn't get to open it till a week later. When we open it to put it on my kayak, it didn't have a batter charger, so I took it back to them and they were gonna replace it for me. They didn't have the same one in stock so they were gonna open a 10 amp one and give me the charger from it. Was nice of them, so instead of that I just purchase the 10 amp one.

Steve Barrow our salesman was always friendly, informative and a pleasure to work with. Teresa the business office was efficient, friendly and easily contacted. Craig , who delivered our boat, went above and beyond his duties. He spent at least 90 minutes driving our lake to ensure we had complete comfort with all aspects of our boat and its ownership.

A+ customer service. No one likes having an issue with an order, but these guys are tops! Within 10 minutes got a phone call, everything got sorted out with replacement on the way. If you want to know the people you're buying from have your back, look no further.

Great place with friendly staff. I had a few questions about marine electronics, and they were very helpful. Great selection of outdoor/fishing equipment, boats, and clothing. It's definitely a place I will return to in the future.

Steve Barrow is absolutely the best salesman ever! Ran into a few snags in purchasing a boat but the staff was incredible and helped us work thru it. Customer service at the store in Lexington is top knotch. I have referred several people. Love this store and the staff is amazing.
