Kelly and the staff have provided excellent service and knowledge in our recent furniture and bedding purchases. We've bought furniture here from time to time over the past 20 years. Always a good experience.

We have only had the most positive experience when shopping there. Kelly has been our sales lady and is really in tuned with her customers desires.

Furniture:
I visited prepared with my dimensions and style choices, hoping to find something in-stock. Kelly quickly greeted me and showed me what was available. Found the perfect table, chairs and bench, and it was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were on time, nice and quick.

Appliance:
Appliances are working properly now.
Thanks to Jessie in the service department for sending out Jason to convert my gas stove to propane. He is nice, efficient and got us up and running in no time.

Sound furniture has a nice selection of furniture and decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we were furniture shopping.
The 2 delivery guys were very careful bringing it inside the house and setting it up for us. They were nice and polite as well.

Sound furniture has an extensive inventory with many items in stock. The dresser and mattresses that I chose were delivered within three days of purchase. The delivery was ahead of schedule just slightly, but they called me as promised when they were on the way. The delivery men were , efficient and friendly. Sales people at the store, especially Kelly, were very friendly and helpful. They gave us room to browse when we just wanted to browse and were on the spot when it was time for us to make an order. Will shop here again.

Just a phone call to service and Jason was out the same day to look at my washer. Best decision was to buy a new washer seeing the fix was going to be a control board. I got Kelly on the phone right away and purchased a new washer, paid over the phone and had it delivered without going to the store at all. From the call to Carol in service, Jason’s repair expertise and Kelly’s sales and customer service I was very pleased with all encounters with Sound Furniture and Appliance. It’s nice to work with home town folks. Super happy.

Outstanding furniture and service. Debbie was the amazing person helping us. Knowledgeable friendly and never pushy. The delivery guys were out of this world. Respectful of our home and new furniture. Friendly and very helpful with getting everything just right.

Excellent experience ! Able to find what I was looking for soon as we entered store. A sectional from the brand I had decided on based on research. Great selection with good name brands. Very pleasantly surprised. Excellent service after the purchase too as I needed the reclining section replaced since it was a floor model and not sitting flush. 5 stars all around.

We are so pleased with our experience with Dana at Sound! She was so patient to help me shop long distance for furniture for our coastal home. When we arrived in person she was equally helpful as well. We will definitely be back for future purchases

I recently purchased a new washer/dryer. The sales service was excellent, but I especially want to give a shout out to the delivery guys who did a terrific job removing the old washer/dryer and installing the new ones. They were very careful and professional.

Dana was very professional and helpful and gave us time to ourselves on making a decision on our purchase. What is your policy on mattresses. We just puchased a Kingdom mattress and It was delivered Saturday, 8/27. It is harder than what we thought after sleeping on it. Are we able to exchange for a softer mattress?

Sound furniture was so easy to work with. Dana was a huge help. The staff who delivered our furniture were very efficient. I highly recommend sound furniture.

Super nice and efficient. I was able to make an appointment and have someone come out to look at my dryer very quickly. They ordered my part and another appointment was made to install that part for my dryer. So quick and great service. Ms carol and Jason are wonderful. Super great to deal with. Other places won’t even return your call or put you off. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. They rock !!!

We were having problems with our refrigerator and we called Sound Furniture to come check it out. They sent Drew over and he fixed it that day! We were so happy with how friendly the staff was and how quick the repair was. Definitely customers for life!

Fast service and knowledgable staff. We bought a new refrigerator and were able to buy it and have it delivered the next day. The delivery team was professional and careful. Would definitely work with them again.

We purchased 2 poly wood rocking chairs in April from Buddy. Quick and easy and we got just what we wanted. When we got them hope we noticed a hole in one of them from the assembly. I called Buddy and he said they had some in order and to just keep the one we had until a new one came in. In about 4weeks they called and I took our chai and exchanged it. Hassle free. We liked them so much we bought a side table the next week!

The store was recommended to us by a local business person. We purchased two wooden tables, a coffee table and an end table. The tables were loaded for us by the very helpful staff; I was on an important phone call so I couldn’t assist. When I got home to unload the furniture I noticed that the coffee table had screws falling out, loose bolts, and was not assembled correctly. I thought I could tighten things up when I brought it in the house. When we did get it in we realized that the color was just too white for our decor and decided to return it. My wife returned the furniture the next day and the staff was very accommodating. We also purchased some very nice metal wall sculptures and prints. The owner, Buddy, was very interested in our satisfaction and took the time to contact us to make sure things went well. They carry a wide variety of very nice products and I’m sure we will be purchasing more from them in the future.

A few weeks ago we were in the market for a sectional. We ended up not buying it from Sound Furniture but while we were there we also looked at mattresses. I remember the sales person (Dana) recommending Kingsdown. Last week we started shopping for a new mattress. Looked at a couple of stores in the area but didn’t make a purchase. I remembered Sound Furniture and thought we would revisit. When we arrived once again it was Dana that met us. We started looking at the Kingsdown again. Much to our surprise they were considerably less than what we had seen at the other stores. Dana showed us the mattresses and then gave us our space to make our decision. Once we chose our mattress, they delivered it for free and arrived during the timeframe they said they would arrive. I would definitely recommend Sound Furniture. Awesome job.

I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new dishwasher because the dishwasher from Lowes which was only a year and a half old had problems which was going to cost more to fix than replace. So I had decided to check out Sound furniture. Thanks to a great salesperson who asked me to let their repairman see what was wrong with it I have my dishwasher repaired at a very reasonable cost and I decided to buy a new Mattress and box spring from them that is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had! I highly recommended them!! From sales to service we wont be going anywhere else!

The selection was great, the price was good and the staff was courteous and helpful. The delivery guys were very nice and cautious bringing in and placing the furniture.
