Literally the best pulled pork I have ever had! If you eat in, bring a jacket because they keep the place cold.

Brisket was absolutely fantastic. So soft it melted in your mouth and could be cut with a fork. Their sauce are awesome too!

Fabulous food and a great dining area with outdoor patio when it's nice out and open. Closed when I was here, but they were on the slower side and closing within the hour.

The food was excellent. We don't have a large appetite, so the "Not just for Kids" menu & portion was perfect. Sharon was a delight in her extra-service and suggestions. We might even travel the 50 min to go back!

Best food ever! Lots of vegan options. The plant based burger surpasses all of the other vegan burgers. The Italian vegetable lentil soup is amazing! The marinated vegetables are absolutely delicious!

Seriously the best brisket I have ever had!! It was thick, tender and juicy! Not fatty like other places I've been to. The portions were generous and the staff was so friendly. This place is a drive from me but it will definitely be a must-stop whenever passing through! Leave room for the coconut pudding with shortbread crust.

Shrimp taco was delicious, we shared fried pickles. Tyler was great, he answered our questions and was friendly d made my first visit a great experience. Week are on patio, weather was great enjoyed our view. We will be going there again !

So our first time to Rockingham ever. Googled eats and chose Pattan’s. Got rib combo with brisket, collards, BBQ pasta salad, hush puppies, and a side of Brunswick stew. Collards perfect. Loved BBQ pasta salad. Brunswick stew very good. Ribs great. Brisket good. Hush puppies excellent. Order coconut dessert for wife. I tried it as far a coconut goes it wasn’t bad. She loves coconut so I got it mainly for her. Hefeweizen was excellent.

Some of THE BEST BBQ I've ever had! The pulled pork, ribs, brisket & chopped pork truly is slow cooked to perfection & literally melted in our mouths. Our server, Mary Kate, was super helpful & knew the menu like the back of her hand. My husband & I are SC natives & luckily found this place on our way home from NC. We loved it so much that we purchased 2 of their sauces (Swangy is my favorite) and are already planning our trip back to Rockingham just for Pattan's. GREAT JOB Y'ALL! :)

I am not much for brisket but we tried it. I was very pleased . Ordered the burnt ends and collards with smoked chicken. So much food !!! It didn’t disappoint! Good service too

My husband and I stopped by while on a trip out of town. I wish there was a Patton’s where I live! You can NOT go wrong with the ribs, chicken tenders, or pasta salad. We ordered our dessert to go because we were so full! I highly recommend the hot fudge sundae and the cinnamon bun cheesecake-you will not regret it! I was surprised that this place served southern food because the aesthetics aren’t your typical bbq joint decor. It’s very classy and the staff were all super friendly and attentive.

We happened to stop by on a Wednesday when the special is Burnt Ends! Of course I had to ask what they were and then I had to try them. It's no wonder they sell out of the special early... Service was great, and the food was wonderful. My husband had the pulled pork with coleslaw. I had the burnt ends platter with housemaid chips and collard greens. Everything was seasoned perfectly and we had two different sauces to taste. Now I'm sitting at home and wondering if we could have bought some of the sauce to bring home with us...

I recommend Pattans!! Second time eating here. When come to the area for work I try and get by here. Both times It has been very good, the service was great, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The BBQ was really good. I had more than I could eat, it was not that expensive either.

This place has awesome food! This was our second time stopping there and the food was just as good as it was the first time. I recommend this to anyone passing through Rockingham. I had the pulled pork on a Garden salad, my husband had the pork roast. So good.

Came on rec of hotel desk staff - glad I did! Had pulled pork plate - nice and tender with great flavor - clearly owner knows how to cook bbq! Sauce is typical sweet, but had a very nice flavor that makes it stand out from others. Cole slaw reminds me of old school Chickfila (which is my favorite)! Brunswick stew had great flavor - peppery. Price was good. Service was excellent- very nice young lady. If I’m within an hour of here - Ill swing by for sure!

Was totally surprised - great atmosphere, service and food! The Pee Dee Swamp Sauce is unique and amazing!

The waitress was top notch. The staff were all friendly. The gentleman I believe was the owner was thankful for our visit. I'm happy to have had the experience of this sweet place. I will definitely brag about this experience!

It was a very pleasant surprise to find Pattan's downtown grill on a return trip from the beach. Excellent service and food and an incredible value. For travelers, do yourself a favor and stop by for lunch if you're in the area.

Great food and atmosphere! I highly recommend the "Pattan's Special" with their homemade chips!
