Stopped in for a dance competition. Ate dinner it was really good. Salsa and chips were mediocre but the food was amazing and like everybody has commented strawberry lemon margarita were awesome! The staff make sure you got your food on time. I even ate some tacos and chicken nachos from the food truck. It was really good too. If you have to stop in the area it’s a must, the restaurant is really cool. They turned a waffle house or a huddle house into a Mexican restaurant. It’s really awesome. I love it here.

It's was nice and clean,friendly, hot, fresh and fast. We got the ACP and the pollo loco. The strawberry cake is awesome! It definitely looks like it could be a fun place at night, too. I appreciate the fresh cut flowers. It's a really nice, little touch.

The birria tacos are phenomenal! We had the taco trio, birria tacos, strawberry cake and a Bloody Mary. We are just passing through but I would definitely return! Salsa was good and the chipotle sauce is so good!

One of the best restaurants in the area hands down the owner and staff are always kind to me when I'm there and I come here ALOT. The atmosphere is always vibrant good music and the decor reminds me of my Mexican roots. I always recommend The Taco Factory to everyone that asks me about restaurants nearby to try out. Love this place! 😊

Love this place!! Asked my server what she recommends for tacos and she told me lengua and chorizo so you bet I ordered them. Delicious! Coming from New York I’m glad I found a spot with some flavor! Need one of these close to Clt! ❤

Needed a good place to stay on trip from Wilmington to NC and couldn't of picked a better spot. Great vibe. Wonderful service. Excellent menu! Highly recommend.

Great dining experience! They seated me immediately and quickly took my order. My sides and entrée, ChoriPollo, were delicious 😋. I thoroughly enjoyed my appetizers as well. Excellent chori-dip, chunky guacamole, and crispy nachos. My strawberry-lime margarita accentuated everything perfectly. Nice ambiance and exceptional service. It's a must try dining adventure.

I visited July 9th, 2023, and decided to try something different from my normal selections. I know the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" However, this was a wonderful exception for me. I ordered a Burrito Bowl 🥣 😋 and it was out of worldly scrumptious! You can't go wrong with any of these menu items. Every recipe is well done and tastefully seasoned! Hands down one awesome Mexican cuisine establishment worth frequenting! 💯 😋 💯

I needed a celebratory Lime Margarita and decided to have my all-time favorite. CHORIPOLLO 🤤 😋!!! Great experience as usual!!!

The food is great. The service is better. Kind of small, so expect a wait or seating you may not prefer. Either way, it's worth the wait! We randomly decided to try it one day, and it's now our favorite. Their salsa is very flavorful, and heat levels vary to please everyone in your party. The food comes out fast! My favorite would have to be the Burrito Fajita Bowl topped with their avocado salsa 🌶. It's amazing. Also, their guacamole is top tier. You get all the taste of the avocado with hints of lime and other seasoning. It isn't too overpowering with the lime. It's my 2nd favorite guacamole locally. Also, it is very affordable compared to other Mexican restaurants around town. This is the cheapest that my family of 3 can eat Mexican locally, and quality is phenomenal.

Excellent food and service. The Birtia tacos are excellent and the fajitas are very good and the food I'd very filling. The chips are served with 2 types of salsa, one normalized the other a smoky version with a little bite. Really liked them both. Service very good and we want to come back and try more on the menu. The tacos have many types of fillings I want to try.

We walked in and were greeted and told to seat ourselves. Once seated we were given out menus and asked what we want to drink. The drinks were cold and very carbonated. Once handed our menus we began to look for what we wanted - they have a sizable collection of items. Our waitress brought our chips and salsa which were honestly extremely underwhelming but I don't really judge a place based on the free food provided. But salsa in a squeeze plastic bottle is pretty sad for a Mexican restaurant.

We both ordered the chimichangas. They were absolutely amazing with just enough food to fill you up but not to the point of overeating. The inside is extremely nice and clean. We'll definitely come back soon.

As a Mexican woman from Southern California, one has access to really good food. In North Carolina…? Well, apparently I can get food just as good!! On the way to Florida, we stopped in Rockingham, NC and found Taco Factory. At first I didn’t want to go there because of the name. I envisioned taco bell-ish tacos in a contrived environment.

When it comes to food, I do not mind being wrong. THIS IS SERIOUSLY LEGIT MEXICAN FOOD!

The restaurant is the best iteration of an old cafe. It is decorated in the Mexican style, and is so welcoming. We were greeted and seated quickly. My first gauge of a Mexican restaurant are the chips and salsa. They served a good red and a Chipotle creamy sauce whose heat creeps up the back of your throat and tongue to remind you of that great smokey flavor; oh yeah!

Both dishes were Gastronomically and Visually superb! My husband had Birria tacos that can make you cry; they were that good. Both the Consumé and the taco filled with beef, cheese, onions and cilantro were simply outstanding! I had Sopes of Barbacoa (BBQ beef). They did not disappoint!

They had Mexican Street Corn on special, but for some reason (silly) we did not get any 🤷🏻‍♀. A variety of Tres Leches cakes and Churros are available.

PEOPLE…driving south, or coming back up, stop in Rockingham! Wait!!! Pre-program the stop so you don’t miss this perfect Mexican Food Heaven!

This place will be where we plan to stop every time!

Fun atmosphere. Love the lighting. The food was good. We has a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Heard great things about this place, stopped in on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We were not disappointed. The service was outstanding and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The chips and salsa were crispy with just the right amount of salt. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the beach.

Was an easy stop on the way home from the beach. The tacos were very fresh and delicious. Favorites were the potatoe/poblano and pastor. We ate on the deck and it was so nice.

First time there was awesome, the waiter was speedy and patient with me and my bf's complicated all over the place order (eating for 4 lol) and the food came out hot and fresh, very quickly too. The food tasted awesome and there were a lot of options, definitely a lot of dessert options and the menu was very easy to understand too for those unfamiliar with Mexican dishes, it explains most dishes in great detail unlike other Mexican restaurants around. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was clean. I will definitely come again and this place may be my new favorite Mexican restaurant in town after trying it.

Eat here on your way to the beach! I was informed by a friend that this restaurant is more authentic Mexican that a lot of the other establishments. I had tacos, beans, and rice. I thought the food had great flavor, not too bland, not too spicy. The interior is rugged but I call it a great atmosphere.

Been hoping to come here and today my friend and I had the best lunch date. We had the birria tacos, very delicious, and it’s so awesome to know we now have a place where we can enjoy these with out traveling to far. The waitress was super kind and atmosphere was great. Can’t wait to return.

Stopped in randomly on our back from Charlotte to Wilmington and wow what a treat! By far the best tacos I have had on the east coast so far. Reminds me of tacos down in Mexico or San Diego. A must try!

Stopped in here late one Friday on the way through town and had a great, hot meal. Had a veggie burrito which was the best I've ever had. Everything was fresh and the place was packed that night. Very good and very affordable.

Just passing thru and saw this place and it seemed super cute with an outdoor seating area... food was amazing.. I ordered some traditional tacos and some hard shells... the 3 meats I tried were all super delicious and very flavorful... spicy marg was also great... would definitely recommend ...I wish I only lived closer so I could come back again some time!
