Dixie Burger

My friend wanted breakfast and recommended Dixie Burger. I ended up with a double bacon cheeseburger with the works. It was delicious and flavorful. Just the right amount of grease. Perfect melted cheese and chili. The fries were crinkled and crisp. As usual, I was unable to finish my meal because I was full. The place is small, but the food portions were plentiful. My friend got eggs and toast. That looked delicious. Someone next to us got the biscuits and gravy it looked so good. So, next time I am going to get their biscuits and gravy and go back for their burger.

Have been stopping here when passing through for over a decade. Great good and service. The restaurant has small town charm that is getting increasingly rarer.

My first time ever and I am frim rockingham passing all the time to lake tillery. Who would have thought? Delicious and coming back but if I lived in ellerbe I'd be unrecognizable due to the pounds. Best corn dog ever and the yam or sweet potatoes souffle, omgoodness

Every time we go to Elerbee it is a have to stop and eat at kind of place. Great breakfast too!

My family stopped here on the way to the beach and the staff was awesome to us. Somebody else's review mentioned the small town atmosphere here and they were spot on. We left the place feeling like we just left a friend's or relative's!

I think it has gotten back to somewhat when I first started eating there. My hamburger was from scratch, French fried cooked same time as burger

From Ohio & stopped into this place with my entire family. The dining room was closed but they graciously opened it to us so we could relax and eat from our journey. The food was wonderful & the staff was even better. Sweetest people with the yummiest food! I pinned this great little place on my maps & we will be back again!!

Stopped on my way through to VA. What a pleasant surprise. Staff was super friendly. Food was great. Definitely recommend if you're traveling through the area.

We always order to go breakfast whenever we are going to be heading up towards Ellerbe. The food is great, staff are friendly, establishment is clean, plenty of parking and the price is great!

I have been here 4 times and the food is excellent. The grilled chicken wrap is probably my favorite, and the chicken livers are also noteworthy. They are very light, crisp, and not greasy.

I love small hometown restaurants fighting their way thru covid to stay viable and serving good food with a friendly smile and attitude! We enjoyed the flounder sandwich and crinkle cut fries cooked perfectly blonde!(light golden)

Good food... It's a laid back atmosphere, friendly associates. All food is cooked from scratch totally. I would recommend eating at the Dixie Burger to anyone who enjoys a good food, relaxed country boy n girl of any age.

Service is always fast and friendly. They have good grill items and the country cooking plates are like home with vegtables and roll or cornbread. The breakfast is very good handmade buscuits and hot cakes. If your passing through oir small town be sure to stop by and have a bite.

This is a great friendly place to get a great snack or a full meal. I like the new decor it is so clean. Been there several times always good.
