Best dog food and snacks at a great price.i never change brand 7 years now. my dog loves it and vet recommends it retriever. I always find extra unique items I love here as well.

Very helpful, was only in the store a few minutes and someone asked if they could help. I gave them the ticket for what I wanted, grabbed the other item off the shelf I wanted, met them and the cash register paid for my items and they loaded it on the truck. Was very pleased with the quick and very pleasant service.

All the staff was knowledgeable. They acknowledged everyone in the store and were so helpful. They helped my husband and I load our new Toolbox into our truck! Harbor Freight always has the best service and products

Stopped by today with my husband. The store is so clean, and laid out very well. The sales associates were so friendly and readily available to help. So glad Kinston has one now.

Clean nice staff just need bigger place and more of a variety very limited on stuff Goldsboro location out performed them in that area but friendly staff and clean do wonders comparing other stores in same area

I went to this store because the harbor freight in Goldsboro didn't have what I needed. The staff at the Kinston store are very professional. And I think, actually I know, that I'm going to make this my store. Worth the 28 minute drive. Keep it up!

They have alot of tools and machines there. Service is good. I went to Harbor Freight for solar panels and they had excatly what I was looking for.
