Hunter's Livermush

Grew up eating Hunter's liver mush I now live in the Piedmont triad area and have to take an occasional trip to Marion just to satisfy a craving best ever hands down

I moved from Hickory NC 2020 to Garner NC and haven't been able to buy Hunter's livermush anywhere near here. I miss it terribly.

Hunters livermush is bt far the best livermush ever made. Wish I could get it in my town.

Good solid liver mush. Plenty of course corn Not to creamy like some beans. Very fresh . Like to have Hunter's on sandwiches and Jerkins pickles with eggs and grits.

I came from Colorado and had never heard of liver mush. It's one of the best tasting stuff I have ever tasted. I recently moved away to another state and can't get it any longer. Wish I could order from them and have them ship it to us. I'd be in heaven. Lol

There's no comparison for Hunter's and any other similar product.... absolutely the best!!

Hunters livermush does have a bit more cornmeal in it than other livermush but in my opinion it tastes even better for it. Just toss a light sprinkling of salt on top after charring either side. Delicious.

We live in N Myrtle Beach area now original from Hudson Nc grew up eating livermush, I read that someone was freezing it, I was told it wouldn’t work by someone at hunters, they are wrong you slice it wrap it plastic wrap a couple of slices put it in a zip lock bag thaw in refrigerator. Fry it up does not fall apart try it was was impressed now I can take hunters to the beach and on camping trips, thanks to the lady who came up with the solution.

Some of the best stuff ever invented! Theirs is THE BEST. If you've never had it, livermush is mixed with something like corn meal and formed in a block, made to fry like patty kind of a like a meat ball. Even though the name sounds questionable, lol, the stuff is truly worth trying to any person who ever enjoyed a taste of liver.

I move her from the north. And never had liver .mush and try thim all hunter is the best I ever had so good .

Born in Hickory NC and grew up eating Hunters. Moved to East TN where we can get Jenkins but I drive to NC for Hunters because " if it aint Hunters, it aint mush" .

Hunter’s is the only livermush. I am so sad to have moved from western NC and now can’t get it anymore. I need to check and see if they will ship it to me. Neese’s is a poor substitute for Hunter’s, but has a larger distribution.
