Artisan Granite & Marble

A wonderful experience with Artisan after shopping around, they had a reasonable price, honest staff, quickest delivery date, and stunning craftsmanship and easy installation! Would definitely use them again. They were the ONLY company willing to cut my complicated wave sink and keep island top in one peice. (And while other companies charge for sink cut out scrap, Artison makes a beautiful cutting board out of it and gives it to you, free of additional charge. Mike, Linda, and the installers were great to work with!

I visited several granite companies searching for THE stone. I chose them for my personal kitchen. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and exhibited professionalism throughout. Mike gave me a prompt estimate and then worked with me on the layout. Linda followed up on scheduling and gave me a date about 3 weeks before installation. She followed up on about 3 occasions and was very helpful. Installers arrive and efficiently installed the beautiful stone and under mount sink. I will definitely use them again.

After getting pricing from 3-4 Granite companies in the area, Artisan gave us the best price. Set a install date and they came on that day to install. Everything went beyond our expectations. The install guys are great to work with, went the extra mile to make sure install was done correctly. Will use them for sure on any future projects. Highly recommend!

We are General Contractors and home owner and we wouldn't use any other company for granite than Artisan Granite & Marble. From the initial meeting through the quality inspection, every team member is so kind, attentive and professional. They work so hard to go ABOVE AND BEYOND and in this industry, that's not very common. We had a difficult installation and their team worked to hard to ensure that the installation was flawless and exceeded the customer's expectation. Had to get our countertop cut due to the new range was a little wider. I was in a bind due to the range installer was from Wilson and only services on Tuesday and Thursday by appointment. Called Mike and explained the situation and hoped he could help. Knowing this was a small job I felt like it would be weeks if it ever got done. To my surprise Mike sent someone out the next day so I could schedule the installer which worked me in the same week. If you need granite or marble please give Mike a call for great service. Thanks

Recently had granite countertops put in 3 bathrooms and I am very happy with the product and service. Staff helped me choose best granite for each room and installers were very professional. This is the second time we have used Artisan Granite and have been very happy with both installations!

So love my new granite countertops , my granite fix like a glove when put in place. I was very happy that it wasn’t pieced together and was able to have a little bar added. Jose done a professional job and was very clean during installation. Thank you

First class. That’s the first thing that comes to mind to review Artisan Granite. From start to finish this company was honest, reasonable in price and perfect in their follow though on what they promised. Highly recommend this company!

Linda helped us and was great from start to finish. I had a kitchen, wet bar, cabinets & 3 bathrooms done and had no problems at all! Everything looks amazing!!

Best in the area - I have gone to them a few times now - always top notch - great people - competitive prices - very good inventory - quality cuts and quality products - customer driven. What else could you ask for?

Dealing with these people has been a painful 4 months. The granite side of the business was quasi ok although the counter top install was originally botched. To their credit they finally resolved to our satisfaction. However, the tile side of their house is an absolute mess. Slow response, bad communication and outright misinformation.... first on the tile selection and then the never received installation date finally led us to pick up the materials and find our own installer. And best of all, they denied the black and white email threads and did not care. Find someone else.

Don't go here if you want professional service. They are too busy and noncommittal. We wasted 4 weeks waiting for a price and they were too busy to generate a quote and then they could not even give us a DATE for installation till after the first of the year.
Very inconsiderate of the individual needs.

Update we had success with Onslow stone. Very responsive and professional. Pricing was comparable. Same products. We are now on schedule for templating and fabrication with counters expected within 3-4 weeks. Such a difference when dealing with a company that wants and appreciates your business.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS AND PRICE GOUGING!!

My first visit to Artisan Granite & Marble, I asked to see remnants for 2 bathroom countertops. Walking around the yard with the owner Linda, we found two remnants of a Cambria Quartz material that I loved. I spent an afternoon selecting tile and flooring based on the Cambria Quartz top material. Linda calculated the material needed based on Architectural construction drawings. I was quoted $48 per square foot, remnant pricing, and told the material was available and reserved for me.

The following week, Linda informs me the remnant I selected (and saw with my own eyes in the remnant "stacks" on their yard) was no longer a remnant and required me purchasing the entire slab for my two small bathroom countertops. When I pointed out she'd shown me the remnant, which was clearly not an entire slab, she curtly said "it's a full slab and you have to buy the full slab at full price."

BOTTOM LINE, THE NEW PRICE INCREASED BY 131%!!

In speaking with others, I learned they had similar experiences dealing with this company. I chose to do business elsewhere and found a material I liked even more. In the end it worked out for me and I have beautiful new countertops; however, this delayed our remodel project and required making all new selections for paint, tile and flooring.

Buyer beware!!

We had the worst customer experience ever. We had an appointment for 10 am and had to wait. Not one person had a smile on their face. Acted as if this had been the worst day in history! We ended up leaving. We would pay more before we would us them!

We met with Ashley and both my husband and I were shocked with her lack of professionalism and her sharing ALOT about her family. 5 days later we still don’t have an estimate. Going somewhere else.
