Had to return merchandise to the store. The ladies that helped me were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the store. When a line came about, because it was only 2 people that I saw of working, it took some time to assist people and getting them out the store. Only one person was on the register and the other person was assisting people on the floor. A very big inconvenience if your trying to quickly go in and con out of the store.

This place has good prices for certain items but that's it. The Roses in Farmville is much better and more spaced out. This Roses is ghetto, unprofessional, poor customer service, and junky. I never really did like this Roses because of where it's located. If you like dealing with the bottom of the barrel of society you'd love it there.

Just went in at 7:30pm for a simple exchange. As soon as I walk in the cashier was shouting to hurry up because they close at 8pm. I was aware. Then continued to shout it again as I rushed to the back of the store. They didn't have my item and instead of waiting a return I just decided to bite the bullet. She made a sarcastic joke when I asked for the blinds back in attempt to be more rude (if possible). It was obvious they didn't want anymore customers in the last 30 min. I will donate the blinds and buy from another store.

The manager was terribly rude she refused to handle reimbursements with several customers. Including my self. And she announced it from the top of the office. If she had to much responsibility, all she needed to explain in a professional fashion. Because the she announced the money truck came.🙄😳

Always a long line w/one cashier.
They should at least keep two drawers open until the final hour... I rather go to Farmville or Ayden .
