(Chicken) Ambrosia -- that's been battered, fried and served with the oddest sized french fries in taste and texture. The seasoned juiciness of the chicken is enough to make you never pull into a KFC parking lot again... DO NOT pass up the opportunity to eat here. Pro-Tip: Get some Cheese or Ranch Dip for the fries.

Stopped at this location after a medical appointment in the area. We ordered a 8-piece mixed chicken and drove the 1 hour 40 minute trip home. When we got home, we discovered that we didn't get the 8-piece order that I paid for only had 6 pieces! Come on now! That's just not right. What was I supposed to do? Drive back to that location?

Update: I received a call from Royal Farms who were very apologetic and understanding. They contacted the store and they in turn more than made up for it on my next visit. Thank you.

It's good chicken. I like the wedges too. It's true no one greets the customers, in the south we are use to being greeted or offered assistance. One lady left when I pointed out the ordering process. I need some coupons because the chicken is high.

Excellent chicken! Bojengles and Potpies are good as well but too greasy.
I saw no issues here.
Remember this just opened. You need to give people time to learn and perfect the chicken making process. Royal Farms isn't greasy junk sold in a dirty oily store like other chicken joints round here.
Prices are fine. Infact I think very affordable.
It takes time, it takes time to learn the perfect way to do things.

Not going to lie my first time being here the outside beautiful the inside AMAZING it kinda reminds me of a little restaurant and not that expensive as well the food looks delicious and good quality I LOVE IT 😋

Staff was friendly & courteous. Located right off US-13 as you’re headed into Greenville.

The chicken was delicious and I got some terrific help from an employee who walked me through the ordering process. The place was packed but it was still pretty quick to get in and out. Excellent experience and will definitely be back!

This royal farms location is always clean friendly and well staffed Stephen helped me today and he is a great employee here !

This was our first time here The service we received from Mr. Arice/Apice (sorry, I glanced his nametag for just a second) at the ordering kiosk was friendly and informative. You walk in and have the great variety of a Sheetz gas station with a heavy emphasis on fried chicken. It's in the namesake, so there you go. We ordered with Mr. A's help and for what we got, it's comparable to current day KFC prices. I liked that I could get Krispy Kreme donuts individually here without having to go all the way around Greenville. I got regular seasoning on my tenders while the husband got the spicy. He says they have a good bit of heat and he likes that sort of thing but maybe won't do it every trip to the 'farm. Things to know for next time: The wedges were unsalted so, be sure to season as soon as you get them. The mashed potatoes were doing okay until... we turned over the gravy container. We let Mr. "A" know so they could check the dates a little closer. The tenders were juicy and a good size. We paid at the self checkout a couple of times since we got hot food then a donut for the road. I don't think either of us got to interact with the attendant there but she kept busy and handled a difficult transaction professionally when I was watching other people use the kiosks. I wish I got her name too. All I know is she was an older lady. We've found a different little spot to break away from our regular haunts.

The chicken was good. Don't expect anyone to hold your hand for ordering and paying but it's not too hard to figure out the self-serve machines. Didn't have to wait long and my order was correct.

The drink selection is lacking, however great water selection.
