I was dealing with a loss in the family and unfortunately live 11 hours away. I called Rouse FH and felt comfortable through all of the steps along the way. We were able to complete the paperwork online and via email to make sure my cousin was taken care of in the proper manner. Everything thing from his removal from the hospital to cremation to pick up went smooth.

When my brother fell I'll suddenly and would soon pass, i knew i had to find a mortuary fast that i could trust to take care of his cremation. I contacted several mortuaries over the phone and internet, and most were cold and straight to business, 1 price fits all. Then i found the Rouse Mortuary website and found there were multiple options for cremation that i could customize to our needs. Linda reached out to me immediately and was so warm and caring, helping me by explaining everything on the site and the options and understanding my situation. It wasn't about the money for them it was about the people. Not only were they far cheaper than all the others, they also gave a far superior service. They made a horrible heartbreaking time in my life so much easier and i am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone was so wonderful. Ms. Linda was my first contact and was so helpful and super sweet. Wayne and Ashley were super awesome. They had my sister ready in time for her service that was held separately by the family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I can not thank Rouse Mortuary enough for what they did for our Family. They handled all aspects of a Direct Cremation for a family member that recently passed where all living relatives reside hundreds of miles away... They had to procure information and signatures from two different states to complete the death certificate and vital statistics. This was a complicated case, Wayne and Ashley handled it flawlessly!!!
