Belk

I haven't visited Bell in a long time, but today, it was a good day. Belk has almost everything at 50 to 60 percent off!!! That is a great bargain and I took advantage of it. I am a happy customer. Thanks Belk.

I would just like to thank the very fine staff at Belk's for their assistance. They go over and beyond what they have to to help their customers. I had made a large purchase a few days ago of over six hundred dollars for Christmas. I had also bought gift cards while there. After returning home in Wadesboro I discovered my gift cards were missing! I searched in all of my Belk's bags but could not locate them. I headed back to Rockinham thinking they may have been left out of my bag. I was stressed after waiting for over twenty minutes at the bridge on hwy. 74 where they are doing road work. So... I was not very happy when I arrived at Belk's. However, I was met with a very kind and helpful professional staff. They did everything they could to make this turn out better for me. They discontinued the old numbers on the gift cards. I had to wait around 48 hours to make sure no one was using the gift cards before they issued me new ones. To make a very long story shorter, it turns out I found my gift caeds in a totally different shopping bag! I let Belk's know this. They issued me the new cards and destroyed the old ones. The whole time they were patient kind and helpful. I really appreciate them and their support. They could use a break more often and a pay increase I am sure. They need more workers but the ones that are there are wonderful! Thanks to all of you. Merry Christmas! God bless you all.

This Belk is kept in great shape and staffed with friendly employees. Two thumbs up.

They were very helpful the store looked better inside. It was not as crowded.

I stopped in for gifts for my nephew. The place is small. It has alot of merchandise. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of merchandise on the floor. There were not many sales people in the store. I was confused by the greeter when I walked into the store.

I like the sales, but I do not need a store credit card. Why can't they be true to marketing and let their card be just for frequent shoppers and not a credit card. They advertise It pains me.

Was here to do a return this place had very kind and helpful workers. Was greeted upon coming in the doors and asked what I can be helped with, which is always a plus. My favorite was the Christmas decor and the toilet roll that played music lol. I may return for it. Overall awesome store.

Not enough sales associates. Good sales. Bar code scanner on the wall at the back wasn’t working. Had to use app on the phone, but not everything worked on the app to give the price when you scan it.

Our Belk is a small town store and doesn't have all the variety of larger city Belk stores. However I can always find what I need here. At least 85% of shopping for my family's clothing and apparel is spent here. Great friendly and dedicated staff and by far the greatest store manager of all retail stores anywhere!!

My friend stopped by the front. The salesperson took care of her & we were on our way to shop for me. I was shopping for a dress for my daughter's wedding. I found the dress, after try'n on several, that was perfect. My friend suggested we go look for shoes, my Mom agreed, so went to shoe dept there. Diamond was my cashier & was very helpful...I found the perfect shoe to match! Overall a very good experience. Everyone we encountered as employees were friendly & helpful....as we ran into situations requiring answers or help...

This is a good place to shop for high quality and name brand items! I especially love it when they have big sales that have there products from 50%-70% off! Lol! Friendly staff and atmosphere.

Always a sale going on and quality clothing. Good values on flatware and cooking pots and pans too.

I remember when this Belk was really nice. I remember when this Belk wasn't nice. The thing is this Belk is really nice again. It was nice to see it as I remembered when I was a kid. The store is super clean and nice. The staff above all is what stood out. They were extremely kind and helpful!

Very great customer service. Eager to help and answer questions. Store is very bare with merchandise. Had to ask if the store was closing. But luckily it's not.
