CSI Roofing Company is great!!! All around awesome job!!! From beginning, Scott was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Estimated right away, quote was exact and easily explained. Talked us through the whole process and did not interrupt inside operations. To the end, everything was professionally done, site was organized and above & beyond cleanliness. Marc Woodman Jr of Commercial Solutions Innc responded immediately to my emergency roof issue call and provided me the same day a property-protecting temporary solution for the roof which had partially blown of during a heavy rainstorn. He then worked closely with me and the insurance company and its adjuster to obtain a price for replacement and then installed a roof responsively. Execution of roof work was very tidy, on-time and within agreed upon budget. Marc and his team addressed all concerns I had and communicated profesionally and flawlessly during the process of install and provided me with warranty information immediately after the work's completion. This was my second job with the CSI team. I highly recommend the "flat roof experts."

We could not be more pleased! We have a flat roof home that was built in 1975 with less than ideal technology and materials back in that day. We replaced the roof 20 years ago and it was beginning to deteriorate and leak. We searched for a roofing company who specialized in flat roofs and got a quote. The owner came to our home and explained exactly what they could do and the new better material that was available now. So we signed a work order contract and got on their schedule. The crew came on the agreed date and replaced our roof in one day with the much advanced membrane than was available 20 years ago then came back the next day to finish up with the trim. They were industrious and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the remnants of the old roof away and left our yard neat and clean of debris. They took photos of the new roof and shared with us since we don't like to climb ladders 2 stories up to the roof. It is well-done and we feel really good about their expertise and the products they used. We can highly recommend The Flat Roof Specialists!

Scott, Ashely our project manager and the crew were all extremely professional. From our first meeting, Scott took as much time as needed to explain the options we had to re-roof our flat roof commercial building. Once we contracted for the work, Ashley kept us informed of the schedule and shared daily updates on the progress of the project once the work began. The crew, including the assigned foreman, worked diligently to complete the work and did so in a very professional manner and completed the project on time and budget. They provided a very good solution at a reasonable cost.

We had a complete roof replace done with CSI. Over the years they have been helpful with repairs on the roof and a few years ago were honest and told us the roof would likely last another 3 to 5 years. We contacted them for the replacement and they gave a very fair bid on the job. The crew was very professional and thorough. The completed all the repairs that were needed and communicated the changes as they occurred. We also had them do some soffit repair. The crew that did that was excellent and even painted the work after! We appreciated that. We'd highly recommend them for your roofing work.

I couldn't be more pleased. We switched to Commercial Solutions when the Stevens TPO material failed and Baker Roofing, the company that installed it, did not inform us the leaks we were experiencing were due to a material failure. Thankfully Commercial Solutions properly diagnosed the issue and then installed a new roof which finally addressed the ongoing leaks we had been experiencing for more than a year of trying to work with Baker. The installation was flawless and was completed on schedule with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. We have had no issues since the new roof was installed or with more recent work done by Commercial Solutions to accommodate equipment placed on the roof in support of a tenant upfit.

Commercial Solutions recently went above and beyond to help us when one or our first floor commercial spaces began experiencing a leak at a storefront window. After months of not being able to find anyone willing to address the issue, Scott sent someone out and they quickly identified and corrected the leak. Exceptional work. We really could not be more pleased.

CSI is a great company to work with especially if you have a flat roof, but I imagine they would be able to manage any project well. Their knowledge and communication was great. They finished the project on time and within the budget they estimated. I highly recommend CSI.

The company I work for recently took over as the General Contractor from another contractor a project that was in bad shape. After a few failed attempts to find a suitable roof contractor, we were introduced to CSI. The CSI team was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in their work and communication. Marc was on time the very first day and the workers took great care with the roofing project and cleaning up after the work was done. I would definitely recommend CSI and use them again to partner on future projects.

Great customer service! Marc Jr. at Flat Roof Specialists was wonderful to work with! He was very responsive when we were planning a residential roofing project, and he took the time to answer all my questions, which were many! I never had to wait for a reply, and he never rushed us when we delayed the project to consider a larger renovation. When we are finally ready to get our roof replaced, I will definitely call Marc at Flat Roof Specialists!

Scott Clayton and his guys were great to work with. They did a great job and were very quick to respond. I was shocked because my job was very small and I called in to see if they knew of someone who would handle such a small project. Scott said they do everything, big or small. Very pleased and will use them again without a doubt.

We used CSI to help fix our rooftop deck that we had built over the Summer. The initial installer used a different system that ended up leaking so CSI came in and installed the TPO Membrane solution and did a great job. From the time Marc came out to consult with us to install date it was approx 2 weeks (and just in time before some decent rain came through). Appreciate the help in solving our problem.

I could not be happier with the work of Commercial Solutions. I had considerable difficulty in finding a company to do the work I needed completed (replacing a damaged flat roof). I had three other roofers who came out to the site who were either unable to do the work or to respond with a quote. When Commercial Solutions did a site visit I received a quote within a week, and once I agreed to have them do the work they kept me informed through every step in the run up to the installation. And once they arrived, the work was finished in one day; and it was a superb product. I would recommend Commercial Solutions to anyone looking for a professional and competent roofer.
