They took my money and I called a week later to be told for the first time, I had to contact the Florence office for insurance cards!

Was in a wreck where someone's lane ended, he panicked & swerved into me. They got all the info but the dude's insurance kept harassing kfb and they claimed they needed to get a hold of me again and couldn't (I was hospitalized) so they went ahead and paid the guy (who died of an overdose after & was discovered to be a scam artist) for the vehicle in for the wreck causing my insurance to go from $80 a month to $250 a month and I have been with them most of my adult life.
