Kohl's

Walton Kohls is a very nice place to shop. They are always caring an helpful every time I visit. I always walk out with more than I went in to buy. They do their best to help me shop the most value of for my money. I appreciate that….not many stores do anymore.

The two employees that helped me on 8/23/23 were very uplifting on my visit. The Lady that helped me in Customer Service was friendly and made good eye contact. She helped me with a return going to Amazon and gave me a coupon that I could use that same day.
My other encounter was with a check-out clerk named "Julie". After finishing my purchase, she explained how I cold use my Kohl's Cash & extra $10 off my next $25 purchase. For this I will be sure to come back to Kohl's! Julie also processed my Kohl's monthly statement so I didn't have to return to the back of the store's customer service area. Both employees were pleasant all the while they were serving me, the customer!

I love this store. It has plenty of items for everyone. They run sales often. I always find a deal on their clearance racks. I like that the dressing rooms are open to try things on. You don't have to wait for someone to unlock the door for you. The employees have always been pleasant. It's kinda tucked away on the side of the strip mall center, away from the congestion. I would just advise checking your purchases to make sure they remove the security tag thing that you have to have a special tool to remove. I bought a pair of jeans once and as I stepped outside something made me check. They hadn't removed it, and the alarm failed to go off at the door. I live a good distance away. If I had not noticed, I would have had to go back to have it removed.

I dont know if anyone ever says this, but I really appreciate that they allow truckers to park and spend night here in parking lot . Thanks

You can get a lot for your money if you know how to use the discounts and Kohl's cash. Staff is doing a great job, friendly and helpful.

Not the biggest Kohl's but definitely a good one. Great selection of ladies and juniors clothing and accessories. Nice selection of name brand candles and home furnishings. Friendly and helpful associates. Clean and well appointed inside. Building exterior and parking lot clean and in good repair.

Wonderful experience!!! Kristen and Mark went above and beyond to help us with a purchase we were having trouble deciding on. Then Aubrey and Lydia wrapped up the transaction making it a breeze. This is my new Favorite Kohl’s!!! I love the employees. We had a Fun Time… laughed, spent money, and got great deals. Thanks for everything and we’ll see y’all soon!!

Great experience at Walton Kohls!

So far this is my favorite Kohls around. It's bigger than the Florence one and it's quite and the people are really nice. I love thier selection and it's not taken over by that make up company. I forgot it's name. It's clean and has more inventory. Great Khols.

Easy to find what you want and the departments are easy to locate

Most helpful employees anyone could ask for! Shout out also to the girls in Customer Service! Went over and beyond for me for over an hour! Nice to see me that care about doing their job! Good sales too!
