Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind

Location is wonderful. Safe for family. Staff is spot on friendly and treats you like family. Rooms could be a bit cleaner. The last experience the room was perfect, the time before the room was lacking. Always thankful this is a non smoking facility! Much appreciation the the GM doing a good job here.

My central air unit went out and we had to hurry up and find a hotel and my husband stumbled across here. The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean, quiet and in a good area. The front desk clerk was nice but the bartender was too tier! She was so sweet, bringing us water and snacks and she just made up feel welcome after the rough day we had. She definitely made us want to come back!!

Great hotel, clean and very friendly service. My bed was super comfortable, probably should’ve asked about the mattress/mattress pad for my own bed, because it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. We only stayed one night, so, I can’t give a super in-depth description of all the amenities (the pool looked great, we just didn’t have time to use it) but we did make use of the bar and it was awesome. We had drinks at night (the bartender was SO friendly and had great energy, she was so nice and vibing with all the patrons), played Rummy (there was a box with tabletop games in it provided by the hotel - checkers, chess, backgammon, a deck of cards, etc.) and in the morning, we were there for breakfast (which was also great, VERY big servings for your money, and the food was fresh and delicious.) There was PLENTY around the hotel to do, too, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Also, if you’re visiting for the golf tournament, the course is only eight minutes away from here.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Sheridan in Southwind Memphis. I wanted a place that was safe, clean and comfortable and we received it all. The staff was friendly and the location was safe for parking. Will recommend to anyone whose new to the area and looking for a safe place to stay.

Whenever I visit Memphis, this is my favorite place to stay.
Four Points is located close to my family and friends and on the same block as Cracker Barrel and my bank. I am always glad to see a hotel with a microwave and fridge in the rooms.
Not all hotel rooms are created equally in many hotels, and when staying several days it is cost effective to have both in your room.
The ladies that monitor the front desk are so sweet, attentive, very professional.
My only problem that I seem to have on every trip, and I have stayed here often, sometimes my internet will not work and sometimes it will. On the first half of this trip the internet was on point!!! Every day for a week, PERFECT!!!! Then, I left for a weekend and returned and got the same room, cuz I was Soooooo happy with my internet earlier.
But this week, NOTHING!!!
Called the front desk, nothing. And I have 5G!!!
I did notice that my internet worked perfectly in the lobby.
Finally, I called T-Mobile and voila
They solved it!
They just had me turn off everything and they hooked me up. So, just be prepared. Otherwise, I am always happy at Four Points. Thank Youuuuuu Four Points and All staff for helping to make my visits enjoyable💜

Overall my week stay here was very pleasant. Front desk staff was very helpful, understanding and kind. I asked for am extra night stay and it was no problem. Housekeepers were also very kind and checked everyday with us to see if we needed anything. Hotel room was clean, bathroom was clean and overall the room was very calming and welcoming.
Also this hotel is in a great location! Right off the highway. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a very nice hotel. Check in was great. The suites are a little smaller than what i'm used to, but still very nice and clean and in a great location.

I really am not the biggest fan of Four Points...except this one. The team is amazing and friendly. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are big! A great stay!

My 2 weeks stay here was very pleasant. Clean nice size suite with plenty of space.
Any concerns was address properly in a timely manner. My experience with each staff I encountered was attentive, friendly, & professional. The open bar & quick food was decent, the bartender made very strong drinks. Overall Four Points is my go to place now to stay while I'm visiting my daughter.

Immaculate, safe and friendly staff. This location keeps everything updated and maintained. They also have a bar!

Shelby county sheriff's department keeps a close eye on everything in this area 24/7 so it's definitely a safe place to stay

The room, and the bathroom especially was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something. We aren’t familiar with the area, but it felt very safe. I wasn’t afraid to go out at night alone

Was very pleased with this hotel. It was extremely clean and the room was very nice. We had plans the next day so while we were gone, they made out bed and cleaned the bathroom. They even replaced the coffee we had used that morning. Would highly recommend

Staff are very friendly and professional! Rooms are nice and spacious with everything you need for the stay. The Hotel is right off the 385 and close to restaurants, gas stations, and Costco. Very convenient for someone who's in town for business or visiting.

This is a very good place to stay, it definitely lives up to his reputation. The beds are very comfortable, the decor is super and the service from the staff is first rate. Additionally the restaurant serves great cuisine, far better than you would expect at a restaurant. I really appreciate the staff because pretty much any question that you had, the answer was yes. I will definitely have a repeat visit when I’m in the area again.

The beds are like sleeping on clouds! The breakfast selection was amazing! Rooms are nice and clean! I would recommend everyone to stay at this particular hotel...no disappointments

Wow! I was very impressed with this hotel! I had never stayed in a Sheraton before, so maybe they're all like this one, but it was so fancy! The room was so spacious and even had a couch in it and it was so nice and clean and well-maintained, and it even had a Keurig in it! I had never used a Keurig before, so this was exciting to me. The shower also had these cool body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The lobby is also extremely nice and they even have a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Very high end, I would 100% stay here again!

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The food is good, the rooms are clean, and they have a swimming pool. I stayed at a nearby LA Quinta the first night and it sucked. This place was much nicer and only cost a little more.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room had no complaints from me other than the water pressure from the shower. The nice little Restaurant/Bar in the lobby area was clean, the food was good quality with decent pricing for the convenience.
