Don't call these people if your autistic. I explained that I am autistic and requested an appointment for consultation in person as I have difficulty over the phone
They were rude, impatient, and inconsiderate. Seemed to only care about money with no compassion. Without willingness to help my family or even understand the issue. I felt disrespected and traumatized after speaking to this person over the phone. My request was disregarded and no appointment was offered.
Anger and disdain is all I received. I find it hard to believe that someone who claims to defend civil rights can be so heartless. My heart is broken.
