Got gender reveal cupcakes from here over a year ago and they were the best ones I had ever had. So for my baby’s first birthday I knew I had to get cupcakes from here again!

A week after our wedding, I’m still thinking about our cake. Not a slice was leftover even though we had more than plenty for our crowd.

We ordered a butter pecan vanilla cake with the most amazing vanilla buttercream. It was moist and rich and reminded me of something my Granny used to make. Layered with butter pecan filling, this cake was amazing and so delicious.

Jolene created a beautiful floral design our guests complimented all evening. The prices are affordable and the rotating daily cupcakes made choosing flavors easy and fun.

10/10 recommend getting your cake/cupcakes from Buttercream Dreams. Jolene just knows what she is doing!!! All of our guest that we see still talk about how good the cake/cupcakes are and many of them grabbed business cards and I remind them where they can come get these delicious treat. We were sold on getting our wedding cake/cupcakes (we had 48 but only a few are pictured/almost all were eaten) from here the day my now husband brought home samples of the cupcakes. The cake is just so moist and flavorful. The buttercream is some of the best I have ever had and that is coming from someone who isn't big on icing.

I recently moved to Columbia and my granddaughter 3rd birthday was rapidly approaching. I don't know anyone here so I started Googling bakeries and the cake looked amazing on this particular page. I sent over a picture and oh my goodness the cake look just like the picture and it tasted even better!!!! I will be ordering all my cakes and cupcakes from here at every event I may have in the future. Thank you for making my granddaughter birthday a happy one.

Been craving these yummies all week. I love all the different flavors that she comes up with. This baker has the perfect cupcake, not too airy, not too dense, just perfect in between. And the buttercream is the best I have ever had. It’s literally the stuff dreams are made of, hence the name!!! If you’ve never tried the cookie butter, so are missing out on something special!!!

A great place for nicely made cupcakes. Cute and unique designs. Location is small with lots of care put into each. The cupcakes were really moist and tasted great. They post on Facebook their selection for the day as it varies. I definitely recommend checking it out.

After lunch today at McAlisters, I decided to stop by the local thrift store and get an order of cupcakes from Buttercream Dreams, located inside the store. I chose Almond, Vanilla, and Cherry Chocolate. Having just tried the Almond, I had to get this review out. Heaven. Easily the best cupcake I’ve ever had. Simple, yet “wedding cake” quality. The flavor and texture are pillow-like. I highly recommend you stop by and shop to support the thrift store who donates to helping local stray animals, and get a cupcake (or 6) while you’re there. You’ll have the same satisfaction as the “Hot Now” sign., without the wait.

You must visit this incredible Bakery! Every flavor is delicious and owner is very kind and accommodating. I am actually going here today to choose my dinner for tonight’s sweet delight!

I ordered some cupcakes for a party. All of my guests raved about how beautiful they looked. Once they tasted them they were fighting over them. I will definitely be ordering again for my next event. Awesome customer service as well. Very pleased.

Honestly the best cupcakes I have ever eaten! Often times you’ll try a cupcake and the cake itself is good and the icing not so much and vice versa, but not at this place. The owner really knows what she’s doing with both. I drop in sometimes on my lunch break for a (secret) sweet treat and I’ve never had a cupcake that I didn’t absolutely love and devour. She has an awesome variety of flavors and buttercream really is her thing because it is always so decadent. I tried a pineapple coconut flavor today and literally closed my eyes while I enjoyed the flavors and how it made me feel like I was on an island partaking in bliss lol. I highly recommend this bakery for superior cupcakes and great customer service.

Went to Sweets downtown but they have closed down. So I googled and this place popped up. Was looking for a nice treat for my staff who was leaving. I only tried the Almond with Buttercream and it was really good. I would definitely go back and try the other flavors.

Just picked up our carrot cake today from Buttercream Dreams Bakery. Couldn't get home fast enough to try it. Made it home and my husband & I had a piece and it is ABSOLUTELY 😋 DELICIOUS. Really going to enjoy snacking on this 8" round cake for 2. Just enough to eat some and freeze some for a later date. Will definitely be back to try a different one. Thank you for this tasty treat.

I love our neighborhood cup cake shop! If you love the flavor of Amaretto, the Almond cupcake is the best thing you'll ever taste in your life. I've seen some beautiful custom orders I'm sad I did not get to taste. 😍

The owner is very talented, the cupcakes are absolutely delicious, I have yet to have a bad item out of this place. Absolutely love it!

So many wonderful things to say about Jolene and her amazing buttercream creations!! We have visited many times and have our favorites (almond, coconut, chocolate with strawberry frosting). But every time I visit, I find yet another masterpiece flavor and today it’s champagne buttercream and churro. Simply magical. And Jolene, the champagne cupcake didn’t even last till I got to the post office 🤷🏻‍♀

Just ordered a Cake for Thursday p/u and Jolene was amazing with great customer service. I can’t wait to try this Cake for my favorite Cousin who’s like a Sister to me. She doesn’t celebrate Birthdays but, it’s her 60th Bday and I have to celebrate her!!!!! We opted for the small round yellow cake w/ chocolate buttercream and ganache drip with Chocolate covered strawberries!!!!! Nobody can say it was a Birthday Cake!!!! Thank you, Jolene you’re the best!!!!!!!!

I had to come back and say the Cake was Delicious and a big hit with my Favorite Cousin, Marie! She loved it so, thank you, Buttercream Dreams you are the Best!!!!! Only wish I had a location in Virginia!!!!!? Thank you, I will be back!!!!!!

I was running late picking up a cake I ordered and the shop remained open so we could pick it up. She wrote a message on the cake for us and didn’t act like she had already closed the shop. The cake was beautiful and delicious. We will definitely order more cakes.

This place never disappoints anybody. The cupcakes are light and fluffy and the frosting is amazing. Decorations are beyond gorgeous. I’ve gone three times now and each times better than the last. Their cookies are amazing also.

I am so extremely impressed with the service and cakes/cupcakes that I have gotten from this shop! They made hibachi cupcakes for a party I went to earlier this year and they made my son’s birthday cake. Not only is the work beautiful- it is delicious. I’m looking forward to the next occasion that I can order something else. Thank y’all so much!

This was our first time at buttercream dreams and we were impressed. We swung by to get a cupcake for a friend and left determining that we would bring our daughter back very soon. We did. We tried them for ourselves and the cupcakes were wonderful. We only wish there was a little dine-in area for us to enjoy the treats there
