Don’t answer phone.

This has to be the most unprofessional and laziest usps location I have been to in the last 20 years.
The workers are lazy and worse rude - they don’t deliver anything on time or easily. If you order from Amazon guarantee you will have to go and pick it up and then have to deal
With a staff that are basically illiterate and unprofessional - literally could train anyone to do this job better than the current staff.
They don’t load packages and get them delivered they just tell you to come pick them up - they could be 12 ounces or 5lbs they just won’t.
To be clear not talking about oversized packages.
The African America female in charge of the package side today was just hot garbage- immediately rude - probably because I’m a white male and just unprofessional- lazy and surly.needs to get fired and I would say find another job - but who’d hire her - probably why she is there.

This location services our neighborhood. They will mix up packages all the time, say a package is delivered when it hasn't been and it comes a couple of days later, will forget the key for the parcel locker, and most keys have a jacked up label. Then jerks when you are looking for it.

I struggle with leaving reviews because I believe must business are simply doing their best. But, I have watch the level of customer care at this location go from struggling to worse. Although I appreciate and respect the hard work that goes into making sure the community gets their mail on time and understanding that situation will arise. This review is simply being left with a one star based on the level of customer service received when trying to contact the local office, and the lack of a sense of urgency. Most times you are made to feel like you are bothering them even though it was your mail that was not delivered or missed delivered.

This location is terrible!!! They don’t answer the phone when you call and the workers lie about delivering items when they haven’t. I even went up to the post office to reach a manager and still could not talk to them. This is what our tax money is paying for…. Poor service!!!! I didn’t want to give 1 star but it wouldn’t allow me to choose no star and still write a review.

RIDICULOUS! My mail carrier has written on my packages TWICE! Not on the box but on the label. Also was caught on camera NOT delivering my mail. When I called and spoke to the supervisor Bernard, he told me that it is AGAINST POLICY to write on the mail. They are to leave a note. They lied and told him my vehicle was in the way...I sent video to the contrary. Apparently they were upset that I called so now I get rude notes in my mailbox. I took the supervisor the note and told him I did NOT feel safe since THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS. To which I was told well she has to deliver your mail! So she's NOT in trouble??? So you can be rude and leave nasty notes as a carrier? Gotta do better. Veteran family here and I have NEVER experienced ANYTHING like this!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have caught the delivery driver NOT delivering my packages two Saturdays in a row now. No one at this post office ever answers. I have filed several complaints and nothing has been done.

Most poorly ran post office I’ve ever experienced, moves at a snails pace and won’t even acknowledge a customer, not one person cares at all
