This was my first time visiting this location in a while due to previous bad experiences, but the cashier that was working around 12:30 a.m. on 10/13/2019 was extremely nice and went above and beyond for the long line of customers that she had at the time. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves. If all of the employees are as nice as her I would consider making this location my regular store again.

Staff was welcoming upon entering everything fresh and plenty of varieties. Sign up for the rewards and save on gas. Temperature was nice and cool.

Above average convenience market. Gas price is usually reasonable.

Strange human atmosphere the people here can be weird. Otherwise i don’t know what else to say. This place isn’t a good look for the medical center behind it.

Most of the time, the pumps don’t have printer paper, so it defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. Todays pump had paper but printed a blank sheet. Told clerk and she couldn’t have cared any less.

Good price in area, BUT no paper in pump printer and long line in store at counter. Pay-at-pump is supposed to be convenient, which means being able to get your receipt AT the pump. Employee had just closed second cashier position as I walked in, pointing me to the long line of waiting customers at the one cashier point open. Pump printers should work AND be stocked with paper. Won't be back. Almost impossible to get out of driveway onto northbound Hard Scrabble Road.
12/30/18 Decided to give this station a second chance, thanks to the reply from the owner or a manager. Same problem. No paper in printer for Pump No. 3. Five customers in single line inside, so did not wait for receipt. WHY doesn't Mgmt. recognize that non-working printers waste any goodwill and drive customers away.?

Came to get gas. Homeless outside begging for change and beer. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the sound of the cashier literally yelling her aggression about "black men's manners". Then without missing a beat transitions straight into yelling over and over "put the numbers on the pump" to vent her frustration over customers not knowing what pump they are at. Direct quote "It's not my job to know what pump you are at! PUT THE NUMBERS ON THE PUMP! I'm not going to look up and over to see what pump they're at! PUT THE NUMBERS ON THE PUMP!"
As if the whole place isn't small enough that she could see by literally glancing left.
This continued for my entire time at this location. While I was in the bathroom. While looking for my drink and snack. Screaming when the phone went off and saying she refused to answer it. While waiting in line she is cursing every other word while the man in front of me had his young daughter with him. Couldn't have been older than 5. Then decided to make a racial turn by continuing to yell (to who I have no idea) that "BLACK MEN WILL CALL YOU OUT YOUR NAME BUT WONT DO IT TO THEM". Then gestures to me and the man in front of me because we're white. When he asked who "them" is, she outright ignored him. The same man whose child she's screaming obscenities in front of. I could hear her OUTSIDE while pumping my gas. She was yelling and complaining for 10+ minutes and still going while driving away. Never coming here again. Wish I hadn't spent money here and just gone up the road to another gas station. I don't want to contribute to this ill-mannered, heel of a persons, paycheck. If I ever see her again when entering I'm walking right back out. Absolutely ridiculous.

On top of that the bathrooms are god awful. Literally old dried boo boo on the floor.

Whatever woman is working here at 10:00 am on Saturday May 20, 2023 needs to be dealt with. I'm making sure to inform every single person I know about how this establishment is allowed to operate while carrying the sign for Circle K.

Just left this gas station. First off there were paper signs covering the Men and Women signs for the restroom. On it they made 1 for employees and the other for customers. Not Okay. Second, the bathroom was disgusting. I asked them to clean it and they said I can clean it with some water myself. Also not okay. Mind you there were 3 employees that I see behind the register just talking. They need to earn their paycheck and do their daily tasks.

Most employee's are rude. Will not get off the cell phone on personal calls face timing people talking about inappropriate things rather than customer service. Loud inappropriate music.

Restrooms are “closed due to the virus”. Close your gas pumps too because people need to wash their hands! Bought gas at Spinx and washed my hands.
