Sonesta ES Suites Charlotte Arrowood

(Room 112) We rented a two bedroom with the sleeper sofa. The room stayed cool except the back room which was super hot all night. We had to goto the front desk to get sheets for the sleeper which we all thought would be in the closet.. there was also no trash can to be found.. the beds were comfortable and there was a lot of places to plug things in! whenever we come back to Charlotte we will have this place as a choice to stay.

We stayed here, to come and work at the operation Christmas child processing center. Our room, Suit was a surprise! We had two bedrooms two bathrooms, it was great for three ladies. I hope I can remember about this place and we will stay here again.they serve breakfast, wasn’t the best, but I’m not a big breakfast eater to begin with, so it worked out fine. Very nice motel!

The staff is amazing. The rooms and the entire hotel is always kept clean. My family and I moved to Charlotte from St. Louis and landed here until we figure out where we want to move and it was the best decision.

The staff was great, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, as well as clean. We went there to evacuate from Hurricane Dorian, and the place was a gem. As per some reviews, the carpeting in the hallway isn't new, and looks a little dirty, but I care more about the room than where everyone who goes there is walking. They had great breakfast each morning we were there also. I'll definitely give 5 stars. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff we ran into were awesome and very courteous. I'll definitely take my family there again.

Got stranded in Charlotte after a hellish experience with American Airlines. Booked a room through a booking site and found an uber only to arrive at the hotel and find that the site had canceled my booking. I was fit to be tied. David at the front desk was extremely helpful and found us another room despite rooms selling out left and right due to the widespread airport issue. He even upgraded us to a better one. I was definitely at my breaking point having dealt with poor customer service, and cramped chaotic travel on an empty stomach so he really saved the day (and our whole trip we were ready to give up and go home). Thanks again!

Room was sparkling. Everything available as described. Quiet even though it was 75% occupied. My only complaint is the return of my $50 deposit that I was supposed to receive back on my card in 7 to 10 business days starting may 7th. I am still waiting and was told on the 23rd that I would have to wait another 7 to 10 business days. I really wanted to book this location again when I come on business next month, but a month's wait for a deposit is a game changer for me and I cannot recommend.

The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. Worms were kept up well along with all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Loved staying here! It felt like a home away from home with even better amenities. We had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, & bathroom. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool was so much fun & I even enjoyed the gym! Can't wait to stay again.

The hotel is a good value. I am just shocked to read such negative reviews. Of course, it’s not perfect, but nowhere as bad as some people say.

Our first time staying here, but it won't be the last. This suite exceeded our expectations. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Living room and kitchen areas were spacious. Staff was friendly. My husband and I loved it. It was the perfect Anniversary weekend!

This hotel was perfect for us! We played a gig in Charlotte, and the ES suites were a great two day home away from home. The rooms were plenty big, with a front TV lounge with a pullout bed and full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The back bedroom was spacious with comfy mattresses, a vanity room, and a separate shower. The shower was killer, with great water pressure and wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Front of house staff was friendly. Gym and outdoor pool as well! The breakfast was great too. Everything you need for both a quick stay or an extended stay. If you want some rest, make it Sonesta! Possible side effects include relaxation, comfort and surpassed expectations.

Love everything about this hotel!! Will stay again!! The staff make it a friendly, warm, family-like environment. Rooms are very clean, beds are sooo comfy...got a great nights sleep! Full kitchen with utensils, plates, wine glasses, etc. We loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower. Great idea to have stools in front of the chair and the couch. Kids loved the pool and basketball court! This place is more like a resort! We look forward to trying other Sonesta hotels and hope they will be the same. This was the best experience we ever had at a hotel! Keep up the great work Sonesta Charlotte staff!!

This place is undergoing renovations, and they're awesome.. My suite was clean and modern with plenty of towels, a full size fridge, lots of seating, and miscellaneous items you'd like to see in your home. The staff was very, very personable. I checked in late and was greeted by Charlie, a hilarious gentleman who, after my stay, I now consider a friend. I had conversations with housekeepers and front desk clerks, who made my boyfriend and I feel like we had a home there. My boyfriend was astounded that such a place existed and exclaimed that he'd gladly stay there again (even though I now have an apartment nearby) and that he will at least stop by to talk to some of our new friends :)

I'm always hesitant of rave reviews, because I never take the time to give them, but I can't day enough how pleased we were with our experience!

I stay in hotels most of the year as a tour manager and a suite-style room is ideal in these travels. I’m a fan of the Hyatt Places and Staybridges and afraid to say that I was unfamiliar with the Sonesta Suites. But after this wonderful stay, I’d put this spot up there with the two brands aforementioned. After a long trek from NYC on the busiest traffic day of the year, we were thankful for this beacon of rest, especially since standard check out was at noon. Loved the combination coffee and smoothie shop, which we took advantage of later at checkout, after feasting on the glorious hot breakfast buffet. Was a little too chilly to take advantage of the outdoor pool and everyone was too tired to use the sport court, but it was still awesome to see those options available. The 24 hour store was really neat and futuristic, requiring keycard access and allowing you to charge to your room. Rooms here are huge and the two bedroom suite was bigger than my own apartment. Loved the little kitchenettes in each room. Lobby was a work of architectural and interior design excellence. We had a blast here at the property and look forward to trying out another location of the brand to see if it is just as awesome.

Excellent location! Its right off the interstate and close to everything. My room was clean and quiet with a good bed = a great stay! The check in was easy with a helpful and professional staff. I enjoyed the suite style room. A good breakfast was provided in the morning. Im looking forward to staying here again on my return to Charlotte.

We arrived right on time. It only took a few minutes at check in so I could take care of the $75 pet fee.
The room was a King studio. Really efficient and they made a great use of the space.I like the extra touches.The bed was extremely comfortable. We all enjoyed it!
Breakfast was open 0630-0930 and it was worth it. I was suprised at the mention of social hour and dinner Mon-Wed. If we had been staying more than 2 nights, that would be something to check out.
There was a pool and basketball court, but we stayed inside during our trip.
We will definitely be staying at another Sonesta the next time we need a hotel!

Wow, impressive! Spotlessly clean, modern decor, top notch finishes, the staff was awesome. My favorite part of the room? The huge super comfy bed with the freshest smelling sheets and linens, everything about this place is homey. I'll definitely take the same route just to return!

Great place to stay! The staff was very nice, helpful, and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. Mon- Wed they have a cook out get together and a pretty good breakfast. I'm glad we stayed there.

The Sonesta ES Suites in Charlotte is an awesome place to stay when visiting the Queen City. It's right off the highway, but quiet, safe and family friendly. There's a bunch of restaurants in walking distance or a short drive and it's close to the airport and downtown. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and very nice. There's a kitchenette and a big bathroom as well as a living room area so this would work great for an extended stay. It's set up nice for work. I really like the desk that had multiple plugs which was great for working. There's a huge pool, workout room and business center which are all great and a larger than normal selection of Sundry items as well as a restaurant and free dinners during the middle of the week stays. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta ES Suites and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm traveling through the Carolinas. The staff was very fast and professional. Thanks for a great stay.
