Fazoli's

The food was excellent the staff was very friendly. They were super busy. It was a good 25 minutes before we received our food. The restaurant was clean but there was a lot of dishes on the tables from where no one had been over to clean the tables yet. It would be nice if they stayed more on top of that but it was a great experience. The food was wonderful surely wish we had a Fazoli’s back home in NC. This was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last.

We decided to go to Fazolis during are trip to Pigeon Forge because their are not many left and we have not tried one yet. We were pleasantly surprised Fazolis is a Italian fast food restaurant with a drive through the prices are very reasonable.We got the alfredo,pizza,mozzarella balls, breadsticks, and pizza breaksticks all of them were decent items. In addition, the place was clean for a fast food restaurant.

Ended up coming to this location as I got it mixed up with the Cookeville location to the west. No worries there. They did a great job - excellent food, excellent and friendly service, and they now even have at least one keto selection on the menu, which I ordered and it tasted great. I'd absolutely visit this location again, next time I'm traveling through!

The service was better than at the Olive Garden in Morristown. The waitress who brought our food to the table was friendly. She smiled as she was putting parmesan on my ravioli.. The ravioli with marinara was good. She even brought utensils and napkins (it's part self-serve here). The bread sticks were hot and fresh. The salad was fresh but very cold.

Not disappointed coming here. My former husband would have given his seal of approval for an Italian fast food joint (he was Italian).

Definitely coming back!

Outstanding service the people working were awesome, I had doubt at first if the food amount and quality would be good but it was amazing and also had the fastest most focused customer service I’ve seen in a really long time! Great place to go to especially if traveling!

I came in with a volleyball team of 19 including coaches. Service was fast and servings were large. I got the ultimate sampler meal.

I wanted a place to eat and I am familiar with Fazoli's. I ate one of their pizza pasta bowls, the Supreme. I thought it was filling and had good flavor. The staff was very helpful as I was trying to do their place your own order, for the first time

We usually get decent service here, but last time, they went above and beyond. Not only did they keep the breadsticks coming, the (I'm guessing) manager offered to get us some to go, AND got us some dipping sauces... one seemed to be custom made (she said she'd make us one with some basil in it, and it was delicious!).

We were doing some shopping in Morristown and needed to eat afterwards. We hadn't been to fazoli's in a while so we thought we'd go there. Plus my birthday was the day before so I decided I'm still celebrating and I'll eat at places I love for a couple days. Well we get there and the cashier Tish was awesome. Super friendly, helpful, got out order correct and efficient. Very cool and down to earth. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Well we got our food and it was wonderful, just as I expected. When we were almost done we both accidentally spilled out drinks at different times. What luck! I felt bad and wanted to clean up myself (I've worked customer service) but Michelle (the manager) noticed and got right on it. Took care of it and told us not to worry. She was so sweet about it. It's like we were family and she was the perfect host like a family member would be. And I got the vibe that the rest of the staff works well together. They did a good job on getting our food out, fresh and hot. I already love the place but they just made me love it more, and was a nice dinner to finish off the night. Probably my favorite fazoli's so far.

We visited on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. The service was top notch. Now, the manager Tommy, was amazing. He came around and was checking on everyone and offering fresh bread. Thanks for a wonderful meal and great day. I highly recommend going and having lunch or supper!

The food was hot-the Bread 🍞 Great. My main dish was A OK. But the service was Heaven. Very nice people hard working I don't now the name of the person that took our order but he was up there with the best so all in all I'd give at least a high 9 Great job to everyone 👏 😎🤗😇

Ordered on the Mobile app to pick up thru drive-thru. We arrived really early so they just had us park and brought it out to us. Was really fast and friendly. Also the food is spectacular!

Bf and I both ordered spicy baked ziti with sausage and it was nuclear hot, a bit too much, and we love spicy. Did not expect that at all. Beware lol

My husband and I have not had a bad meal here. The service is good as well as the food.

Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and courteous and helpful to everyone. Michelle went out of her way to ensure everyone had everything they needed. Best Fazolis I’ve eaten at. Excellent customer service.

Honestly I wasnt in there long enough to accurately judge the staff or atmosphere (ordered to go)but the food was really good for the price. The food was as good or better than an Olive Garden. The breadsticks that come w/ an entree are spot on like Olive Gardens. My food was waiting for me when I got there and a staffer helped me as soon as she saw me. I will return. Also, most Fazolis have shut down and this is the first time I got experience it. Hope they do well. Also they have a drive-thru.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of their kind manager. I work in a medical clinic and we called and ordered lunch and the employee on the phone was so rude told us we should have called way ahead of time. Well working in an urgent care we eat when we get the chance. When the General Manger was called by the manage on duty about our complaint she immediately called us while she was on her honeymoon to apologize and make things right and had our lunch delivered to us the next day for free. That was above and beyond! Thank you!

Drive thru. Had to wait for my food but it was still warm when I arrived home. Delicious for a semi fast food restaurant.

This location accommodated a group of 25 youth and chaperones superbly! After calling to see if they could accommodate us we arrived to tables already pulled together and bread sticks waiting. Service was quick and friendly. And the food was good!
