My experience at the Starbucks located on 4840 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206 was excellent. The employees were notably friendly and provided attentive service throughout my visit. They efficiently took my order, and I received it exactly as I had purchased. The atmosphere was inviting, and I appreciated the attention to detail in preparing my drink. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying visit, and I would gladly return in the future for my coffee fix.

Wonderful staff, very delightful to speak with. Lovely atmosphere, great views sitting at the outside tables. Fast service despite the many visiting today, they were on their game, and no seen misorders. The warmer/toaster doesn't seem to be heating evenly or all the way, though. The cheese wasn't evenly melted on the grilled cheese ordered. Many deals are happening now in store. It's a great time to pick up coffee or new cups.

I’m so happy this location opened since it’s near the job and easy to go pick up when I order ahead. Establishment looks clean and the staff is friendly.

Friendly employees, good food & drinks. Shame Starbucks has become so wildly expensive. I def miss it, lol. Atmosphere is great.

Yummy fast delicious all kinds of varieties of drinks snacks sandwiches desserts. Fresh everyday

Ordered my 1st Starbucks drink and it was YUMMY IN MY TUMMY! They were giving out samples at the grocery store 1 day, but I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so I told them I would be back for the new caramel drink.. it's delicious, but honestly I can't see myself splurging to often on a $6.33 drink...ugh no

I enjoy when I am in Forest Acres coming to this Starbucks and getting my favorite cold brew with sweet cream! This store is clean and roomy with loads of seating inside and out. I especially enjoy chilling on the outdoor couches! I could almost take a nap when I go! The staff is always nice and helpful, even if they are super busy!

Great coffee, great staff, and a great place to meet with friends or to study/ work!

Visited yesterday for my usual vanilla bean frappe and received the most amazing customer service!! From the person who greeted me all the way to the young lady who made my frappe! I wish I would’ve gotten the young lady’s name who made my drink because out of all of my years of being a customer that was the BEST frappe I’ve had! Thank you thank you thank! Continue to be great at what you all are doing ❤

Great place to stop for an 'after run' coffee for our F3 Runvergence. This store easily accommodated the 27 of us that walked in. 🙂 We were able to pull chairs together to form 2 groups so we could converse and enjoy our coffees together.

This is without a doubt the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. The atmosphere and staff make the experience absolutely wonderful. There is a girl there with blue hair that is so pleasant to interact with. She’s my favorite. The store cleanliness is 2nd to none. Never a crumb or wrapper on the floor. Excellent experience as always.

Placed a mobile order on the app and they forgot the toppings and syrup to my drink, but there was a morning rush and I called the store later after my classes were done. Alonté helped me out and said I could come in for it to be remade or refunded. He even gave me an additional offer of a pastry! I never refund or get things remade anywhere because it’s usually awkward or feels like an inconvenience to them so this was a very good experience and they dealt with it better than expected!

Enjoyed coffee with my family before church. Our hostess was so nice.

Placed an order at a location that was closed and didn’t shut off mobile ordering and went to this (Trenholm Plaza) location to get my order sorted. They were swamped with other people in a similar situation as me as well as this locations normal customers and handled it like PROS y’all!!! That group of ladies are super hero’s in green aprons because despite the stressful situation they had awesome teamwork, communication, got orders out fast, and still gave great customer service.

They work their bums off and are still kind to my 3yo who has taken to ordering strawberry lemonade by herself. When they didn't have any available 2 of them trouble shooted to do strawberry milk for her and added ice to be "fancy" and make her smile. It is the little extras that make this Starbucks the one we drive too over the others closer by. Their compassion and consideration is valued. They are also very clean. No sticky table or floors.

The most outstanding people ever!!! I stopped in today after leaving my son for basic training. I totally broke down trying to order coffee for my trip back home, the three employees were beyond caring & loving to me! I wish I had their names. It was around 11:40am you guys are truly hero’s to me!!! May God always Bless the wonderful hearts you have! Again thank you from a very broken hearted momma!

Nice clean shop. Both times I have gone the baristas have been fantastic, making sure they had everything for my order, since I ordered something specific. More than one barista checked!

Just had a perfectly prepared Pumpkin Spice Latte from here by someone with the name Ellis or something similar starting with E? Just wanted to say thank you for the great and kind service! It made our drive home to NC that much better.
