Rebecca has always been amazing to work with! Very helpful. I love that you can call her agency and there is always a LIVE person to pick up the phone and answer your questions. Hard to find these days.

I had (have actually, on going) AllState Ins for my house in Paradise CA. Lost the house and everything I owned in it 11/08/18 #CAMPFIRE. AllState has been amazing! Re- located, right after the fire to KY. Contacted Rebecca at AllState in KY for coverage on my new house. She too has been amazing, understanding, sympathetic and all around super easy to work with. So far everything has gone fine

If I could rate her 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, doesn’t answer calls, doesn’t answer emails and if you do get lucky to get a response it’s like talking to a brick wall. (A response is important when you’re an insurance agent) go to anyone else but her. Be aware

Inaccurate and misleading quote. No follow up. Not easily accessible to customer; hence, poor customer service. That was my experience.
