LOVE this car wash! The manager Hayden is so nice and accommodating. Obsessed with the wet towels they provide for cleaning and the no limit vacuums which are a must for this toddler mom. Will never go anywhere else!

Alex is so patient passionate and energetic about his job. He noticed I were out scrubbing marks off my vehicle after wash and explained that I didn’t have to make my job harder than it is. For me to rerun it through and he would get the oil marks off which he did. My experience at the Georgia Rd location was great because of Alex and the young lady whom signed me up! Thank you!!!

Coming to waves car wash today I had a great experience! Doug was so kind and offered to pressure wash my weather tech mats! I was shocked because I had never been offered this service before! He is greatly appreciated and will make an amazing manager!

Waves always delivers a great wash for a reasonable price. And it’s not just hands off either. There were some specs left over after the wash and both Alex and Brey took the time to hand buff them off to send me through the wash again until I was fully satisfied! With this Waves location, you can’t beat the wash and also the personal service! Thanks again to a fine crew!

Amazing car wash! Did the premium wash but some dirt was still on the back of my vehicle. However, the nice Waves person let me get a free rerun!

Ever since Alex told me about the monthly wash club and signed me up, I have not looked back since. I go by everyday and continue to recieve the best customer service as the first time I went by. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience! Two guys scubbed the front of my car and windshield before the car wash even started (and I got the low priced one)! Wonderful music, free vacuum, and free air. Will go back again and again.

Very nice Waves. Always clean and the staff is very helpful. Doug and Kristie helped me clean my vehicle that had a lot of dirt built up on it from sitting outside for so long. It looked spotless afterwards 🙏🏼

Alex and Carlos were absolutely fantastic made my experience easy peasy lemon squeezy they cleaned my mats and shined my tires and had outstanding customer service 10/10 recommend will be coming again!!!!!!!!

I love it when someone else cleans my vehicle but since that does not happen as much as I like. This is the next best alternative. The people are friendly, vacuums work. Good wash and multiple locations.

The two guys who helped me went above and beyond! Our car was pretty filthy when we pulled up and I had my doubts that it would come out clean enough. So the two guys sprayed and scrubbed my car before it went through the wash which I wasn’t expecting and which made a real difference. After the wash they asked if I was satisfied with how clean the car was or if I wanted to run it through the wash again. Considering this experience and the quality of service along with what they have available with the free vacuums, this is my favorite car wash place I’ve ever been to!

I’d just like to say that I brought my car up there for a clean. It was FILTHY and covered with leaves. One of the guys at the entrance to the car wash, Chris, took extra time to blast off the leaves and crud to make sure I was taken care of! We’ll done my guy!
