Food Lion

I went to three different stores to find shoelaces for my son. By the time I got to food lion my blind self couldn’t find them. I asked garret and he didn’t think they carried them so we left. I was just outside the door when he came and tracked me down to tell me where they were. Lauren I believe was her name also helped. But the sheer dedication of garret to come after me and save the day was amazing! I am so appreciative! What a kind and thoughtful human! I was able to use this as a lesson to my son as well about going above and beyond!

Lauren was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me find a specific item. I've been looking for at 3 different stores. And she went above and beyond to make sure I had perfect customer service. She deserves a promotion.

On Instacart, food lion doesn't have higher than in store prices so I find myself using them when ordering through instacart. Everything is usually great! I'm all about saving money where I can these days and apparently people spend more of their money that they don't have to spend on food and groceries. #foodlion #ilovefood #eattolive

Always a clean store. Barely ever any foot traffic when I visit. Prices are decent and they seem to experience shortages like everybody else, but usually items are in stock.

Nicely laid out store, love the self checkouts which the other Food Lions don’t have in the area.

Thank you to all of the people who took the time to work on the holiday for those of us who forgot things, added people and needed extra and anyone else who did their shopping at Food Lion yesterday on Thanksgiving! Not only was the store open and well stocked, but all the associates we had contact with were super friendly and helpful... I sure hope they get paid extra for the holiday 😀😀 Also a shout out to the beautiful leg of lamb at a wonderful price... Food Lion is the only place to get nice Australian lamb in a variety of great cuts for a reasonable price - not to mention when they mark them down for quick sale!!

Store very clean, good inventory, and best of all the cashier was friendly and extremely fast.

Friendly staff, Manager very responsive, fruit and veggies very fresh, meat and deli staff very accommodating. Premis is clean and maintained . Variety of current product available eco friendly included. Wonderful plants inside.

I love the prices on something that they have

Nice atmosphere, very clean, and workers are always cheerful and willing to help. Great selection of high quality fruits and vegetables. Many other grocery items are available that we cannot find elsewhere. Reasonable pricing too.

The cleanest grocery store I've ever been in. By far the cleanest grocery store in Simpsonville. Great produce selections. Great prices. Friendly employees. Bright / well lit. Good options. Self checkout OR checkout with a cashier. Plenty of staff for checkout. Never crazy busy.

This is the best Food Lyon store in the area. The employees and managers know service. They are not rude like the store on Fairview or Augusta.

I love Food lion. Good quality produce and great bakery. They have gluten free options on the shelves. This store is really clean and follows the current social distancing due to covid-19. All together great store to shop in.

Very nice store. Employees went out of their way to assist me. Produce dept. very fresh. Got green grapes and their the best and freshest I've had in a long time. Kept under refrigeration. Cart collecter gentleman helped me with getting my Food Lion Members card. Electric Cart was a bit far from machine. Plenty of checkers no waiting in line to be finished with my shopping. Will be back.

I live walk distance from the store and I shop here for all my groceries great store and I always find what I need , only think I don't like the customer service employee young girl around 25 years short dark hair I don't know her name she have zero customer service skills I asked her for help and she did help but she never say hello or you're welcome or have a nice day she need to be trained how to greet store customes , I was in the store Sat sep 17th at 2:50 pm .
