I was very impressed with this location. It was clean (even the bathroom) and well organized. From the moment you enter, a very helpful and knowledgeable lady directs you to where you need to go and continues to guide you after the initial check-in step. They were incredibly efficient, the steps smooth and the wait minimal. A model for government offices for sure. Well done!

The most pleasant DMV experience. I made an appointment online and was in/out in 15 mins. Ms. House at counter 7 was so kind and made the process seamless.

To be honest I didn’t except to get my job done this much fast (less than 20 mins) I might was lucky but every employee look professional and trying to do their job fast.

Going in person was a lot easier and more efficient then calling the 866#. The young lady who assisted me was so nice. They were busy but we only spent an hour there waiting.

I needed a replacement ID so I got there a little before they opened and there was someone helping those of us in line outside. She told us where we would need to go once we got inside. The lady working the information desk was kind and helpful. It took me about half an hour. Was definitely been my best DMV experience!

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that is because I made my appointment online. Anyone who is scared of the wait or the other reviews, I highly recommend you make an appointment online and check to make sure you have everything before you go. They list all the documents you will need for whatever you need to do, and the people at the counter are quick and cordial. One of the best DMV experiences I have had!

Giving 5 stars- which is not what you would expect for the rep DMVs get.
There were a lot of people there, and only 4 clerks able to help people, which is no fault of their own! Everyone is understaffed these days. My appointment was at 9:50, but I wasn’t seen until 10:30 due to their lack of employment.
Overall, making an appointment sped up the process.
The woman that helped me was named Ms. House. She was extremely kind and sweet, and made the experience pleasant.
Have a little patience and understanding when it comes to going to the dmv. They get bombarded with customers every day. A little kindness goes a long way.

Had a pretty good experience. I got there about 15 min before they opened, there was about 20ish people in line. By 8:30 there was about 50ish people in line. They had us scan a QR code and register for what we came for. I came to get a new license because I just moved to Tennessee. I waited just over an hour to get called. Once my number was called it only took about another 15ish min. Kelly at the counter was super pleasant and friendly.

So I actually went there today to take my Knowledge test, I arrived at about 7:20 and about 30 people were already in line. Keeps in mind the place opens at 8:30. So, it’s truly first come first serve. I got in very quickly after opening time. Staff is very polite, I did pass but probably recommended you make an appointment as the wait line can get very long.

I visited this location yesterday to renew my license. I arrived about 45 min before opening and the line was long, wrapping around the side of the building. However, it seemed to move fairly quickly and the outdoor wait was in the shade. Once inside, staff was professional, helpful, and friendly and active in enforcing covid guidelines (floor markers to stand 6 ft apart, chairs spaced apart, alcohol wipes for cleaning vision test). From arriving to completing the process was about 2 and a half hours which is much shorter than what I’ve heard of other locations recently. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

My experience today at the DMV has been the best experience in this place ever. The wait time wasn't as long as I expected and the service given by Taylor was excellent. Thanks for making what is usually a terrible experience, great again!

Everyone always has their own experience. I was out of town and my license expired (i received the renewal too late). They have really automated since the last time 15 years ago. I was impressed and treated very professionally. I filled in my own information at the terminal, but did not have a number since they I just needed a photo for my expired license. A man checked to make sure I heard my name. The lady taking my picture even joked with me. I had a very good experience and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was not at all what I was expecting it to be like. I took my Kindle to read and never turned it on.

The wait was not long. They gave us the option to wait in our car and they would call us if we were not out there in line when they called our name. They were also thoughtful enough to have us sign in and someone came out to make sure we had all documentation needed for our transaction so that we would not stand in line for an hour just to be told we needed something else. Great experience. Employees were very pleasant.

I will say that the service was very good on finding out why you are there so they can help be of service.
However I didn't get my driver's license but the showed me the steps I needed to obtain them plus it cut my wait time in half.

I went in for Real ID appointment. I arrived about 25 mins earlier than my appointment time. There was a designated area for people who have appointments. I got checked in really quickly and Ms. House handled my case and she was very nice and professional. Her coworker was nice too. The security officer Patrick was very helpful too. The only thing I want to mention is that if you get real ID before your license is due for renewal, you can only get a duplicate one with the same expiration date as the old one, but once you have it done in person, you can renew it online next time. So I guess it wasn’t too bad. When I walked out of the place, it was only 15 mins after my appointment time. This is the best DMV experience I have so far.

My experience very different! most were kind and courteous, but it takes being that way to expect the same in return. When you go to these places expect to wait, complaining won't change anything. ANNIE TAYLOR made my experience great, I was kind to her, as she was to me! She even went the extra mile.

I took my knowledge test in December of 2020. You must schedule ahead of time. Outside, the wait was not long at all. The staff was very friendly. The woman who works at the desk (i’m not sure of her name) she was extremely nice. When I got in it wasn’t a long wait. Luckily, I passed my test. Make SURE you study.

This was the best experience at the dmv I've had. Was only there one hour and the staff were friendly. I think the lady who assisted me was Ms. Davis, but I'm bad with names. She was so helpful, friendly and nice. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
