Kimbrell's Furniture

My son and I were looking for living room furniture & we went to kimbrells and they were amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Our credit scores were good but we didn't have alot of credit history so they worked with us and explained to us how to get our credit history matured...they were great. We got approved for the couch and love seat and she recommended that I put one in my name and the other in my son's name so it would help both of our credit. Their financing is really reasonable too. The furniture we got will be paid off in 11 months and the down payment wasn't expensive either. I would highly recommend kimbrells!

The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. It was a hassle free experience. They let me take my time to decide on my purchase. The delivery was also fast. The two gentlemen; that delivered my reclining sofa and recliner was very kind. We had to move some things to get it in the house. They had a positive attitudes the whole time. We're very pleased with our purchase. A great thanks to the staff at Kimbrells in purchase.

Customer service was great from the time I called to inquire about pricing and availability up until I left the store. I felt satisfied with my purchase and not like I was being sold by a greasy salesman. I felt welcomed and she made sure to accommodate my wants. I got a bedroom set plus two mattresses. I love how you don’t pay for the product until it’s in the store. Other companies will have you pay then come with BS saying they still waiting or do I want something else. Overall my experience was great !!!

Found a great deal on a Leather sectional today. The sectional was around 3500.00, i wound up getting it for 2300.00. The manager was a great help and just super friendly. The managers attitudes was above and beyond the call of being a salesperson. She was just in a super good mood that late in the day. She went out of her way to make the customer happy, and she did just that with her cherry mood and her bright outlook on life.

Customer service was very nice and helpful,they work well with you in finding what you're comfortable with.There was no pressure into buying they let us took our time in choosing .The sales clerk Nicole was very sweet and pleasant catering to our needs she had a awesome attitude and personality. We enjoyed the conversation we had with her and the rest of the staff.

Misty Hardy and her staff @ this location provide excellent and professional customer service! She makes the purchasing process so easy! I drive over an hour just to use this location. Check them out before you make your next furniture purchase...cant beat the quality of the merchandise on top of the great service provided!

Great experience. I got an awesome deal on a living room set. that included sofa, love seat, lamps, rug and tables for $1000. The sales lady Kim was very helpful. They are also helping me rebuild my credit by me paying my bill on time I'm so excited. Go there for a good deal.

Fantastic service and selection. Nicole was so friendly and patient with us as we tried to make up our minds between two sets. Best furniture shopping experience ever! We'll definitely be back and would recommend this place highly if you're shopping for furniture and looking for no pressure, no hassle and great customer service!!
Edit*** we didn't love our first set, no issue with Kimbrells, it was our issue with selected set,
just not being as cozy as I'd like. More upscale than comfy. Sold the first set and went back for another. Once again, spot on service from Nicole and we'll have our new set in just a few days. Cannot beat that level of service. We highly recommend Kimbrells and Nicole!!

Kimberly's had a great selection of furniture to choose from. Ms hardy the manager provided great service. Helped me get the item I wanted. And was able to get affordable payments.

Walked in and we were greeted and told if we need any help to ask. No pushy or overbearing sales people. Nicole was right there when we needed questions answered. Pricing was great. Discounts were even better! And checkout was easy and fast. Took home the furniture today, that was a plus!!

This is how furniture shopping should be done. My boyfriend and I went to eight different stores looking for a new sofa and went in Kimbrells three times because we were unsure of what we wanted. Each time, the sales associate, Nicole, remembered us and greeted us and walked us through all the options. She made the purchasing experience so simple for us and gave us a wonderful deal on two beautiful pieces. Highly recommend, we will be returning.

So I walk in fully engaged in a conversation on the phone with my mother I hear voices saying hello but I never responded. I ended the call with my mom and took the time and spoke and apologized for not speaking. The beautiful sale lady said rude and we all laughed. My experience was wonderful I got what I was looking for at a great price I’ll be back very soon

Misty is the bomb! When I say she worked hard- she really did that so I could get the bedroom suite I really wanted. This is not my first time dealing with her and each time she pulled strings to get me what I wanted!!!! Thank you Misty

My fiancé and I visited two Kimbrell locations and the GSP was by far the cleanest and friendliest. We originally wanted just a couch sectional but saw a bed we really liked. Although we hadn’t budgeted for the bed, the rep at Kimbrells walked us through cost if we ended up purchasing it.
As someone who budgets everything, I REALLY appreciated it. I would recommend this location, Misty, and Nicole!

We drove past Kimbrell's and thought of just window shopping there for our new house.
We did look at many places for living room furniture but couldn't find a better place than Kimbrell's.
It was affordable and mostly I found the right color of Sofa and Cabinet I was looking for. Nicole helped us get the best deal. Definitely will recommend to visit them for home furniture.

After looking at several different furniture stores luckily we found the Kimbrell’s in Greenville! We had such a wonderful experience! Nichole and Misty went out of their way to help us and make our experience A+. We will definitely do business with them in the future!
