Knowledgeable, upbeat team members are always willing and ready to help. My favorite area in the store is the self-service wall of bulk herbs. The store offers a wide selection of quality wellness items. Recently, I purchased several supplements; in addition to the discounted sale price, the staff scanned multiple manufacturer coupons saving me more $$$.

I love this place; they really helped save my son's life with their knowledge of CBD oil. The staff is always so kind and genuinely care about their customers.

Update: Still love this place most amazing natural health store around and free alkaline water all summer long you absolutely cannot beat it. Every single associate that I have ever encountered has been the kindest and most professional and professional and loving.

I've been going to Garner's for about twelve years now, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is approachable and willing to share their knowledge, and the inventory is supreme, considering how small it is inside. Will always go out of my way to stop by here for my wellness needs!

Cherri is simply the best person I've come across in a long time. I have always shopped at Garners but Cherri has just made my experience so much better. I may be able to have a good night sleep because of her.

Customer service is important to me. This store has plenty of employees on the floor so there’s always someone who can take the time to answer my questions. And the store is so thoughtfully decorated, it’s just a pleasure to shop here every time.

Not sure what some of these reviews about horrible customer service is about. Every time I have gone to Garners, I have had nothing but excellent customer service by an extremely knowledgeable staff who care deeply about natural health and wellness. They have an incredible selection, and their prices are comparable to other similar stores in the area. I have never once been treated with anything but respect and kindness and a willingness to help me find what I need and some extra advice along the way. Perhaps these people who were treated rudely are reflecting more of themselves than the actual store employees. No place is perfect all the time, but I can say every experience at Garners was always pleasant with helpful staff.

I've had some medical problems this past year, and I'm more inclined to use natural remedies. Every time I go in this store, I ask Sherry, and she has helped me every time. She's so knowledgeable and kind.

The beautiful people who work at Garners are a blessing. They are always knowledgeable about the products/supplements they provide and are extremely helpful when I have questions. They will go above and beyond to help even if it’s just a bug. I love that I feel like I’m visiting family every time I go there. I know I am in good hands. 💗 Thankful for their giving hearts and genuine energy. I highly recommend them for all your vitamin needs.

I have been coming to Garners since 2009 and all I have to do is tell Sherrie my problem and she is so knowledgeable that she leads me to the cure. I am so grateful for her

Garners is top notch! Vanessa Rampey and Susan Ledbetter are truly first class and keep it tip top in there. I love them for the quality and trustworthiness of every product in the store. Not to mention the reading materials section! The prices are on average with market standards but it is made up for when you ask a question to any of the staff. When you request information, they either have the knowledge or will find out. Overall, great store!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Spoke with Claudia who is an RN who really seems to know what's up and how to steer me in the right direction with my supplement needs. I have had a few chronic health conditions for years that she provided a wealth of knowledge about possible solutions. I'll be back!

Very friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Lots of wonderful herbs and spices to choose from, and their stock is constantly growing. I love their organic products, and often buy essential-oils, shampoos and conditioners, etc. from this location.

It's also handy because it's next door to the Fresh Market (another favourite), so I can visit both shops easily when necessary! Great location in general.

I love shopping at Garners! The staff always goes above and beyond. Every time Im there I feel like I learn something new. Excellent customer service from very knowledgeable people! Highly recommend this store if your looking for natural health.

Well stocked store with large variety of health products. But, the best thing about Garner's is the knowledgable and very helpful staff. Each of them must have an old fashioned card catalog for a brain, because they are always able to direct you to the correct placement for any product, no matter how unusual it may be. It always smells nice in there, but not with an overpowering scent. They are very sensitive to customers with environmental allergies. If you are looking for an unusual gift for someone who has everything, they have lovely hand made soaps, jewelry, metal sculptures and pottery. They also don't discourage browsers.

I love Garner's! They have a wide selection of products, and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable! You can tell the employees enjoy working there and have devoted a lot of time to learning about each product they sell.

The staff here are so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Dealing with concerns surrounding health must be challenging, and mine have always been listened to with compassion by the people who work here, and my questions answered so thoroughly. They will always be my go to, both for the range of products they sell and the wonderful employees. Can’t recommend them enough.

I always get greeted when I walk in the door, and someone is always ready to help me with any questions. Walked in to just browse but left with a couple different items because Sherry knew exactly what I needed. Not only do I have a growing family, they also have a section for your fur baby. Which assures me all of my loved one are staying healthy.

Awesome staff and selection! Clean and bright…We went in looking for something to help w/ sleep. I half expected to be guided to the same old stuff I’ve tried and never had any luck with…but much to my surprise they turned me on to Passion Flower…it’s like discovering fire! Can’t recommend the people, products and prices enough…
