Love this airport! Small, quiet, clean and efficient. Also, very patriotic. They did a great job decorating this last Christmas season.

Nice airport, quick. We have flew out of here a few times and have always been impressed with how quick the service is.

The parking lot is usually full but not hard to get to. Parking garage is clean and accessible.

I like the way in the parking lot you can tell if a parking space is open by the lighting system.

Stores are not always open but when they are they are nice.

To get to the airport is easy. Signs are visible.

Columbia Metropolitan Airport is one of the smaller regional airports. Very clean and well-maintained. There are two restaurants with a bar and a coffee shop inside. A very nice USO before the security checkpoint for military personnel.

This is a great airport to fly in and out of Columbia. Very small, so not as many food vendors, and is growing. The parking is always the best. And the overall atmosphere is good

Love this airport. Great layout and plenty of seating. Very clean all around. It takes less than 5 minutes from gate to exit. On top of that there is a person who welcomes you to Columbia!

I walked straight up to the counter to check my bag, no one in line for security and a quick boarding for my flight. I was able to check my carry on for free as well. Pleasant and stress free process.

From arriving at the airport and not having to feel rushed or security telling you to move your car, while saying goodbye to family. Then to check in with American Airlines and experience such calmness with airline rep Patty. Then to use the restrooms and experience such kindly, cleanliness, and professionalism with all staff. I can honestly say that this airport was the best airport experience we have ever had to deal with.

Honestly some of the cleanest restrooms I have seen in an airport.

It's very quiet and security moves very fast.

I'd say from drop off to sitting in the wait area, you're looking at about a 15-20 minute process.

They also have a nice sitting area with rocking chairs facing the tun way.

Small but mighty!! Always clean and there’s plenty of outlets to charge your phone as well as desk areas. Only a few food places but that makes sense for the size. Employees are polite and friendly too.

Wonderful local airport, great accessibility, friendly staff, clean, bright and modern. Makes travel into Columbia very easy. Good flight availability and connections, especially with American Airlines.

Airport staff were really friendly, bathrooms were clean (and included free menstrual products). Cool area with rocking chairs that gives you a view of planes taking off.

Columbia Metropolitan Airport is a great starting point. Although it may be a little cheaper to fly out of Charlotte or Atlanta, the convenience of CAE is worth it. Baggage check is always quick and easy, the the lines are much shorter, and the TSA employees are actually friendly. No one yells at you if you forget to take the change out of your pockets. The airport is clean, bright and comfortable.

There was some miscommunication with the flight weight and things had to be rearranged. Fighting out with AA the crew was AMAZING to help fix it. They asked for 4 volunteers to be rebooked. I hesitated but decided to leave and get a new flight. My schedule was kind of flexible. The gentleman and lady at the desk was ON IT to help! This was the smoothest hiccup I've ever been through lol. They were a delight to deal with and their customer service was on point!! They went out of their way to make it work and fix everything without anyone having to ask. Cheers to AA Columbia Airport. You have a good team this morning.

Love the people who welcome you when you arrive and had towards the exit. Such a welcoming experience. Polite store employees and TSA (Normally)

License airport. Clean and no fuss through security. Restrooms, places to grab a bite and comfortable. Easy access from city center. Meet the resident floor cleaning robot!
