But after speaking with Elizabeth on the phone I went over and gave it a shot. She was very professional and had us in and out in less than 2 hours - keys in hand. I was amazed. I have never had such a smooth and quick experience buying a car. The next day I took it back because it was making a noise that made me feel a little nervous. Bradley in service rode with me to listen for himself. He immediately had me bring the car back for service. It needed a transmission. With the 30 warranty that came with the car the total bill was paid, no questions asked! I am so grateful for Bluff Road Auto Sales. I was in the market for a new car and I was referred here from a friend. I called and got Eric and from start to finish he was helpful. The process was very simple and smooth.
