Bri was professional and easy going.
Even though they were nonstop busy, she still made sure I knew she didn’t forget about me.
Because of her, I walked away with an amazing car and amazing pricing!

It wasn’t a very pleasant experience Ty and Brianna were very helpful and got us in and out. They also explained everything throughly and helped show us everything in the car and made sure everything worked. They was damage to the antenna and they guided us to the right people to call to make sure it was fixed.

Firstly let me just say this was honestly the smoothest processes I’ve ever experienced purchasing a car. I thought I would be in the dealership all day and night just to leave disappointed but I stayed positive and Jermaine S. Took great care of me. He was very professional, punctual , and informative no matter how many questions I asked and I asked 1000 and 1 of them LOL but he was patient with me and addressed any and every concern I had. I’m a Chef and I literally have got to send them some food forreal I will be feeding them lunch for this lol I’m letting yall know the real I’ll even come back in 30 days and give yall a update lol best car buying experience I’ve had honestly! I worked with Jermaine. My credit is horrible, but I was able to get a really nice car. Jermaine asked questions and gave me some options trying to see what I was really looking for in a vehicle. I got a car that was well cared for and has few miles. This wasn’t the car I went in looking for but it turned out to be a way better deal. I’m very happy! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend👍

Went to Drive time today to help my mom get a car. Lex help us threw the whole process. She made our experience a positive one. We had to jump threw a few hoops and Lex helped along the way. I appreciate her positivity!

Sadly I was in an accident and our Journey was totaled (we just paid it off in January). My credit took a nose dive when I took a new job with a big pay cut (being harassed at my other job). So needless to say I was stressing when I had to purchase another car. I started online to play around with the down payment and monthly payment. A rep texted me and answered all of my questions and scheduled me for a test drive after telling me I was approved. I of course was still skeptical. The staff at the DriveTime office made the entire process seemless! I test drove the 2020 Equinox and loved it. I was worried I was not able to get it but as the rep through the texts stated I was approved. I put a $100 down for them to reserve the vehicle due to waiting for the payment for my Journey. They were even willing to work with me and allow me more time for the reservation due to waiting for the insurance (which turned out was not needed). I drove off the lot this past Wednesday. Thank you to the staff at DriveTime for making this the smoothest transaction possible!

Awesome dealership! Lex is who helped us out and was super patient and understanding throughout the whole process! When I test drove with my 9 month old alone she even helped me put the car seat in! Definitely recommend her to other customers.
