It's a good place with nice people. They give good haircuts and communicate well with what they can do. They like to make conversation, which is nice.

I was recently diagnosed with stage 2 Renal Carcinoma.
Went in there terrified of cutting my long hair off, and not looking nice with a short style. The lady who did my hair was amazing she put me at ease, and l love my new cut.

Becky was awesome hooked me up with a very nice cut when I wasn’t sure what to do very nice personality and a darn good stylist will definitely return again!

Staff good listening to requests of cut style, skilled at cuts , kind and can be tallative.while work. Respectful atmosphere. Like the coupon cards when available-buy up half dozen for family! Thank you. Love my cut 2/25/19!

I had been putting off a haircut for some time. As the girls laughed and said only Sept 19th John. I told them no offense, but it's like going to the dentist. Drag your feet going, but glad when its done.
I'm a big believer in customer service. I can honestly say, that, I had the best experience ever. Not that its expected to have fun getting your hair cut, but my experiences just keep getting better every time I go. You girls Rocked it today! I will be back sooner than my last outing!

My 2 year old got a haircut and the stylist with the pink hair was amazing with him! She was so upbeat and you could tell she enjoyed her job!

Took my 3 girls for cuts and didn't have to wait too long. They did great and then brought my two boys a few hours later which was really quick and great as well.

Ever since I've moved to the Rapids area I've had Penny cut my hair before my military training and she's always been nice and remembered me as soon as I walk through the door I highly recommend Penny for my stylist!

It is great being able to register on your smart device so that you don't have to wait when you arrive. They all do a great job on my haircut.

Great clips is great for all ages. I love the ability to check in online to see your estimated wait time so you know when to come. The staff are usually very nice.

Awesome job, but super busy make sure you check in online right when they open or you'll wait 2 hours.
