My wife and I as first time expecting parents were looking for a recliner for our nursery and decided to see what this store had. We were so impressed by their selection of not just recliners but everything else. Besides finding a recliner, we pivoted from the crib and dresser set we originally intended on purchasing to one we found in the store. They have every style you could think of and a range of quality to fit every budget. Not to mention, the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees and owner. They were there to answer any and all of our questions we had. They even stayed open late for us as we were making decisions. One of the legs of the crib we bought arrived damaged but they took care of everything for us with the manufacturer and we had a replacement part within a week delivered to our door. We had an AMAZING experience here and highly recommend doing business with them or at least checking this store out! We can’t stop raving about this store to family and friends!

My father in law, husband and I came in looking for a power recliner/glider comparable to the ones I liked on pottery barn and to say that I was blown away would be an understatement! To begin with, the selection of chairs were beautiful, classic, timeless, and plenty of trendy and cute options as well. Next, their prices were absolutely fair. Next, they have a selection of just about every single Nuna car seat and stroller, uppababy, mockingbird alternative and more!! The owners were extremely helpful and knowledgeable without ever making us feel any pressure. They have kids of their own and gave GREAT advice! We spend an unexpected 2 hours in their store and we plan on going back for all baby needs (even though we are from out of town)! I can’t recommend this place enough. I the experience honestly took away so much anxiety that comes with being a new mom. Give these wonderful people your business if you want to feel supported!

Went in to buy a specific stroller my son and Daughter-in-law wanted for their baby due in March. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, who went right to the inventory and grabbed the stroller immediately. I was impressed by his knowledge and showed me the display so I could see how it worked. Took my stroller to the car and loaded it up. In and out in 15 minutes! A very satisfied customer!

I have gotten both of my son’s nursery furniture from BFPK now & both times were just as exciting! The owners are extremely helpful & knowledgable & will accommodate any idea you have in mind. You can “mismatch” sets & put together whatever your heart desires. The only thing I ask, is that you PLEASE do not skip out on their recliners. They are absolutely magical. Make the splurge my friends. Wonderful service, exceptional furniture, & a super fun experience all around. My boys will also have their dressers well into their teenage years so it is a life long purchase & well worth the money. God willing we have more children, their furniture will be from here as well!

The staff here is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful I came across this store online and went to visit. You won’t find better deals for quality furniture! You’ll leave knowing you made the right decision for each purchase. My husband and I are so relieved after getting all of our nursery furniture at one stop! Have already been raving about this place to friends and family!

Madison is the best! We went in a few different times to look at car seats and strollers over a 6 month span and she remembered us every time. She was super knowledgeable on all of the car seats and strollers. I cannot recommend her and baby furniture plus more! They’re all so helpful and kind.

My husband and I are expecting our first child in May and a friend recommended this place to learn about all the many car seat and stroller options out there. As soon as we walked into the store, Madison greeted us and spent almost 2 hours answering ALL of our questions. We learned so much (there is so much to learn!) about car seats and strollers. We left feeling extremely confident with what we wanted to purchase for our future baby. Super impressed with this store. If you are a new parent and simply need guidance on what your baby needs, go to this store! We drove over an hour to go and it was so worth it. Can’t say enough good things!

I placed an order for two children’s books that I needed in a hurry, due to travel plans I made. Not only were they able to fulfill my order so quickly, but they delivered my books five days before I was expected to fly out of town!
I couldn’t recommend this company enough, and am so thankful for the care they took to make sure I got my order in time and that the books mailed safely!

15/10 would recommend!! My husband and I went in looking for a stroller and carseat we are still learning since this is our first. But Madison helped us and everyone was so friendly and educational. We learned so much! We will definitely be back to purchase more! Will send friends here by far the best baby store around!

I was a little hesitant ordering furniture off line all the way from New York with out seeing it but there customer service is excellent! We received a notification the next day that our order was ready to ship way earlier then predicted. Setting up delivery was easy as well. One piece did come damaged but they quickly sent a replacement piece. I would 100% used them again in the future!

The owners of this store give the most exceptional service, great selection and an unparalleled shopping experience. We bought a crib, dresser and changing top almost 4 years ago and are using the same set still in perfect condition for our second baby. We recently lost the hardware for our crib in a move and I called and the owner was able to reach out to the manufacturer to get replacement parts years later. Incredible! They also had freshly baked cookies at checkout when we purchased our crib!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a furniture set for our nursery and the communication from start to finish was top notch! From initial inquiry about availability, to shipping updates, and solutions for damaged items in shipping they were simply the best! I live out of state and felt like I got better service with this company than face to face in some local shops! Communication was even done by text message which was very efficient! I am so impressed with the attention to customers! Definitely would buy from here again!

My husband and I loved this store! We went to check out some gliders and they had many options to test out in person. We also loved exploring the wide variety of cribs in person as well. The staff were very helpful and one in particular (wish we got his name) spent time talking to us not only about the products, but things to consider as first time parents and how we want to parent as a couple. It was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back:).

It can be difficult buying furniture online (I’m in Cincinnati, OH), but I have only had the most wonderful experiences with Baby Furniture Plus Kids and couldn’t recommend them more. I purchased my son’s furniture from them in 2019 and their customer service was EXCELLENT - the quality of the furniture was wonderful and I received super fast replies any time I had questions. I therefore chose to purchase my daughter’s furniture from them a couple months ago and they were once again fantastic to work with, especially when it came to a special order request I had this time and changes to delivery timing from my side given delays in moving to our new home. They held the furniture until we moved in and gave updates throughout the process. They were super accommodating and so kind! Their prices are also competitive. Highly highly recommend!!

We traveled all the way from Asheville NC to come to this store specifically to see the Romina collection crib set. We ended up not picking that one, but we are so glad that brought us to this store! Shopping in this store has been one of the best shopping experiences that we have had by far. The employees are super helpful and kind. The baby furniture, stroller, and car seat all had to be ordered in but they would send me notifications often when an item were to come in and with an update. Since I live 2 hours and 45 minutes from the store they held all my items so I only had to make one trip down to pick them up and they even loaded them in my SUV. The store is kept clean and had a good selection of different baby products. The employees also take time to demonstrate and educate you on the product you are interested in. And they have a lot of nontoxic items which is a plus! This store was 10/10 worth the drive and I would recommend for everyone to shop here! Thank you for making this such a positive experience for us!

I’ve had several experiences with this company over the last few years (I did a previous review on a crib we bought) and continue to only use them for our kids’ furniture as a result of their amazing quality and service. I had to write another review given an experience I just had. Tonight - a couple years after buying one of our cribs from them - I had a random question about converting it to a bed. Per usual, I got a near-immediate reply and they remembered who I was, had looked up my order, and told me about pieces I purchased to solve my issue I didn’t even realize I had purchased! They were so knowledgeable about the item and reached out to the manufacturer for me to get any additional information I might need. They also texted me a quick update. It was just so thoughtful and kind - above and beyond again! I really can’t recommend this company enough. Their prices and customer service can’t be beat. I don’t think I’ve ever had such excellent service all around from another company.

My husband and I went here to look at some pieces we had been researching. They carry Nuna brand (our favorite) but the store had tons of great pieces, great sales, and really quality items with lots of variety!
We were overwhelmed at the service though! Everyone we encountered was kind, quick to serve and answer questions, and went above and beyond helping us find exactly what we wanted.
The were very knowledgeable on everything they carried and Dillon even went above and beyond to install our car seat we had just gotten!
Definitely would recommend and certainly plan to return for future needs.
