Dove Family Dentistry - Jackson

I had a wonderful experience!
The staff was very friendly, the paper work was minimal and it was the first time I have ever been there: it was two pages: not 4 or 5 AND they were able to clean my teeth the same day I went in: I didn't have to have an exam and then come back to have my teeth cleaned.

I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years because a previous dentist said I needed a special cleaning and I didn't have the cash to pay for it: just my dental insurance. And with that being said, I also needed someone to know what they were looking at: I didn't need the special cleaning the previous dentist prescribed.

The hygienist was a great conversationalist, made me feel welcome and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth: no pain at all.

I would recommend them for a primary dentist or a second opinion if you feel you need one.

Wonderful people! The front desk receptionists greeted me with a Smile, they made me feel Welcome immediately. The little X-ray tech Amanda was so sweet, so kind and gentle she put my nerves at ease right away because I’m terrified of a Dentist, she spoke to me in a soothing calm way and relaxed me before I saw the Dentist The dental hygienist was wonderful absolutely no pain like I’ve had at other dental offices getting my teeth cleaned. I adored the Dentist and assistant. I will continue to see Dove Denistry in Jackson Tn. What a wonderful experience.

Let me start off by saying.. They have the most friendly environment I got everything done in one day...I really appreciate the friendly service.They make you feel welcome...I would definitely recommend them any day! May I add this was my lst visit...

Very professional and friendly staff. Made me and my son feel like family 😊 I would definitely recommend this dentistry. If I did have a con to this practice it would be that so many people schedule an appointment with them that you have to wait months before you get your next appointment for dental work.

I lived they kept me informed about what was happening. They were running late but they did their best to get me out to pick ip my granddaughter from school. Kudos to that office.

Absolutely loved this office. They are so amazing and would highly recommend anyone I know to go to this dentist!!!!! They met all my needs and answered all questions I had and explained everything to me very well. I'm so excited to have my smile back and it's all thanks to this amazing facility!!!!!

My experience was very different from any other experience I’ve had. They were very professional and pleasant at the same time. I felt they were knowledgeable by giving you your opinion but allowing you to decide! Thank You!

The best place they could recommend to me, excellent treatment from the receptionists who make you feel comfortable and more than a client, to the doctors who explain each process in detail and carefully.

I wanted t thank everyone for all they done everyone was so sweet and the dentist and nurse took really good care of me and there was very little pain I will trust my dental needs to this dentist office.Can hardly wait to get my new teeth

When I entered the office I was greeted immediately and put ease by the Reciption. The X-ray Technician, a Hispanic female was very professional. She assisted me in getting inthe right position to get the needed x-rays.
Dr. Dove. he is truly a Dentist who knows how to make a patients visit a great experience. The exam did not take long. I would RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE NEEDING DENTAL SERVICES!!!

I’m new to this dentist and I looooveee everything about them from the front desk to the back and Chisssttyy she was everything and her knowledgeable when it came to my teeth i definitely found my dental home💜💜💜

Soooo … I had an emergency & Dove Dentistry worked me in on the same day. I would have absolutely died that night 😩 Dr Douglass popped that molar 🦷 out like ….. (2) seconds. I was looking for a struggle with that tooth. Topping on the cake …. 1 1/2 hours have passed…. NO PAIN ‼😃🍾

The facility was very clean and welcoming. The staff, assistants, and dentist were very kind, courteous, and professional. They listened to everything I had to say and answered every concern in detail. I’m happy to recommend them and look forward to my next visit.

I went in for a deep clean and the hygienist made me feel so comfortable with no pain at all. I also went back for 8 extractions and they were fast and I had no pain was given it though if needed. I can't wait to finish up this coming week. I will miss seeing the ladies there they do not judge nobody! Great service and staff! 100 stars!

Today was my first visit. I was so nervous, haven’t been in awhile they assured me. Everything was fine , everyone was so friendly explained to me exactly what they would have to do. I’m really excited with the journey forward with dove dentistry!
