Brickyard Dental Group

I picked Brickyard Dental Group simply because their office is near my home. I’ve been inside their building before Brickyard moved in, so I can say the exterior and interior is clean, beautiful, professionally furnished and decorated.

When I told my orthodontist I had to choose between two dental offices, he was happy I picked Brickyard Dental Group. He said he knows all four dentists and I made a good decision picking them. I was assigned to Dr. Edwards and Liz.

Today was my third visit. I can say without hesitation, I’m appreciative and thankful for the care I received. Dr. Edwards and Liz explain everything they’re going to do before they do it and check in with me during my care to ensure my comfort and understanding about what going to happen next.

I had some cavities behind my front teeth filled today. They had a discussion about the color of the fillings to ensure it matched my natural color. About an hour or so following my appointment (when my lip wasn’t numb) I could see my teeth and the color selected were perfect.

Not many people look forward to going to the dentist. I do, as long as I’m going to see Dr. Edwards and Liz, in addition to the professional and friendly staff at Brickyard Dental Group.

In closing, I need to add that I’m a Veteran. Brickyard Dental Group is Veteran friendly.

I entered the building fearing what would take place. I must say my nerves were quickly put to rest. Dr. Edward's and his Technician were wonderful. Xrays were taken and things were explained precisely. I truly thank the entire staff for their courtesy and consideration.

I stopped by, nervous, to see what the practice was about and to make a new patient visit. The sitting area was comfortable. I was greeting with a warm smile and a nice welcome. I was immediately put in touch with the new patient coordinator. She took my information and as luck would have it, there was an open 3:00 pm spot available for x-rays and a preliminary visit with the dentist. The paperwork was minimal and quick, the office staff made me feel very comfortable. We're working on a plan that works for me, but I know this will be my new dentist. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to talk to. So very impressed!

Love our Mrs Kelly and Mrs Cristin. They are the best hygienist ever and always the best experience. So thorough but personable. The Doctors there are amazing as well!!!! We love Brickyard Dental!

Brickyard Dental Group is the best by far. Everyone from front desk to all the staff inside. They are warm, welcoming, respectful and professionals. It has such a great atmosphere. You will immediately feel, you are in good hands. I am serious. I am new to Columbia, these are great group of professionals in one place. They can do a lot too.

Cristin was fantastic, she was very detailed and did such a fantastic job with me and explained and educated me. Dr. Shah is kind and her approach to what needs to be done is thorough. I made the best decision.

From the Customer Service Representative, Dental Assistant to the Dentist, was exceptional. This was my first time at this facility and it was the Best! Clean, healthy, safe and relaxing environment.

I had so much anxiety going in, but the staff was so friendly! Dental assistant Katie & Dr. Hartley did such a good job fixing my tooth/gum problem and helped create such a relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!

I went here after moving and not going to the dentist for several years. They were able to get my teeth back happy and clean! I have SEVERE dental anxiety and have for many years. Attempting a new dentist was physically difficult. Dr. Edward's, Liz, Lynn.... everyone was so kind and compassionate. I'm a first time patient, unfortunately I was late and brought the wrong insurance information. Princess, the receptionist was excellent! She was able to multitask between me, staff and other clients walking in with a warm and welcoming smile and greeting. Very professional. It's hard to find good customer service anywhere but Brickyard nailed it perfectly with Princess!
