I don’t know what it is about this place but I’ve been a client for over two years and every single time I walk in there, everyone is super nice and attentive. From the staff up front to everyone that walks by me says good morning and ask how I’m doing. Amanda is my dental higienist, she’s the best, always gives me new tricks to keep my teeth cleaner, Dr. Van Dam is the truth. She knows her stuff in English and Spanish 🤣. I love this place and my teeth do as well 🦷 😃

I got there not knowing if I would be seen. I just knew that I was in a lot of pain. I waited because I couldn’t get my insurance straight. The office manager overheard me telling the ladies upfront that I have insurance. I was just waiting for them to call me back. Tiffany explained what I could do to get this taken care of. I got back in the back and both dental assistants were the best. Quin and Tae made me feel comfortable and went out of their way. Showing me how to access my insurance information online and to obtain a charger. My phone went dead as soon as I got my id number. No worries they told me and in comes Dr. Van Dam welcoming me back and reassuring me that they would take care of me. I was in pain but was able to calm down enough for her to get that tooth out in no time. Talking to me the whole time and saying it’s going to be ok. And it was definitely 👍 ok I thank God for the selfless care that they gave while I was there. They all went out of their way for me even when I came back to to give them my insurance card and to get my antibiotics changed. Being in the medical field myself these are the kind of people that I’m so proud that they take pride in what they do. They don’t mind going out of their way to make sure that their patients are ok. I can’t thank you enough for taking care of me and my needs. You Really Rock ❤🙏😊

They save my life on the cleaning of my teeth. Kind of disappointed that my Medicaid don’t cover all of what I need but they were amazing. Great customer service great people very understanding and really is there for you going to hurt your pockets but they’re there for you. I’ll definitely be back.

Davis and Dingle deserves more than just a 5 star rating, they are over all the best Dentist office in all of Columbia! All of their office staff are very welcoming and heart warming, especially their amazing front staff. Huge shout out to the amazing doctors who are always treating the patient with respect and honesty.

I walked into Davis and Dingle Family Dentistry and was immediately mesmerized by the cleanliness and professionalism of the front desk staff and lobby. I arrived on time at my appointment and they very swiftly called me in. I was greeted and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. While I was getting my teeth worked on, the dentist played melodies of the life Lauryn Hill, Chaka Khan, and Toni Tony Tone. They let me know everything about my teeth and the process I needed to go through I recommend everyone to Davis and Dingle to get a complete authentic teeth service.

Dr Henely and her assistant Amber are the absolute best. The amount of care and professionalism they provide is unmatched. They were very patient and extremely reassuring when working with me due to my fear of the dentist. Dr. Henley has provide extraordinary care for my dental work and has given me a phenomenal smile! 5 star across the board!

I’ve been a patient at Davis & Dingle since 2018 & they’ve never missed the bar . My hygienist who has been caring for my teeth when I come in for cleanings was out today and I had the privilege of sitting in the chair of Ms. Corliss! 10/10 ! She was amazing and very personable. Even with having braces , she made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that my experience was well worth the visit! Dr. Davis is bomb too! Love this staff/team!

I always have an awesome experience at Davis and Dingle however yesterday was absolutely amazing. I came in for a teeth cleaning and Corliss and I immediately connected! She not only cleaned my teeth (with no splash messes at all), she also offered great oral health education and key tips. We also ended up knowing some of the same people! Corliss is a beautiful spirit both inside and out. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have been coming to Davis and Dingle for some years now and I would never switch up. I’ve had two bridges done they have made my smile so much brighter. Dr.Davis is very friendly, kind, and professional and not to mention the staff is amazing. I just love the family environment.

The best dentist office ever! This is the only dentist I have had that cares enough about me to offer small talk They also are completely focused on my needs and laser focused on me not experiencing pain. They always numb me up before working on my teeth and also once I’m done they gave me an anti numbing dose so that I don’t have the droopy mouth for 3 hours like I’ve experienced with others.

Excellent service care from the entire staff!! All the staff I encountered were very nice! I was in and out on time. Jerome Harper, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Davis was personable and expeditious, and the front office manager was very kind and professional. VERY clean office, good location, and all COVID-19 protocols were in place! Actually, they went above and beyond.

My daughter had to get a root canal and Dr. Isaiah and the entire staff of very professional and personable people, made a seemingly unpleasant visit a great experience. Dr. Isaiah explains what's to be expected and there were no bad surprises. The office was extremely well organized and very clean. Our temperatures were taken at the door and they ensured patients didn't have to linger in the office prior to being seen by the doctor. I would recommend if you need a great dentist, give them a try.

Ms Brooks was very excellent, and I connected with her right away. She was caring about how I felt during the cleaning and educated me the correct way to floss which could be why my gums stay tender all the time. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She is a great asset to your organization, please do not let her go anywhere else.

Dr Davis at Davis & Dingle Family Dentistry changed my life with an amazing dental implant transformation. I haven't truly smiled in 20 years and now, I can't stop smiling. If you are nervous or afraid of getting dental work done, this is the place to go. The entire staff is amazing, the professionalism and genuine concern given to their patients was refreshing. My experience with the office of Davis and Dingle has always been a positive one. I enjoy the great customer service and the professionalism that takes place. The staff is always so courteous. Davis and Dingle is all about family and I support that. My son was getting a cleaning for the first time and he laughed the entire time. I am not from Columbia and a good friend of mine who works here as well brought me to them. I love every bit of the experience. They process of getting you in and taking care of especially since I am a new patient is WONDERFUL . Everything about this business flows and everybody is professional and they are quick to take care of any issues. I have a home now

I really enjoyed my visit at Davis And Dingle Family Dentist office. Everyone there made me felt like I was panting their team. I felt relax during my exams, cleaning, x Ray, it really didn't feel like a dentist office at all. I would recommend anyone to go there. If I had to rate them I would give them 100. This is how wonderful they are. Explain procedures, what's best for U, but the decision was left up to the patient. Plus they don't has U make rush decision, and I liked that. I have been coming to this practice for many, many years and have always had a top-notch experience. The staff is always inviting and knowledgeable. I have many dentist offices closer to my house, but I have no hesitation traveling to Davis and Dingle as I know I will have a good experience every time!
