Family Dental

My dental experience was great. The front desk receptionist was so sweet and understanding with my work schedule. The dentist and dental assistant were both very patient and made sure I wasn’t in any pain throughout my appointment. They also made sure I was satisfied with my service. They educated me on the right way to brush and floss. Me and my children love family dental and have been patients for years.

I first went to creston dental and they tried to charge me for a cleaning even though it's been after 6 months. Horrible experience all around. Then I came here and they were super friendly and helpful. Creston wouldn't send my sons x-rays so the front office staff called them for us. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful and actually cares about patients and their families. Definitely worth the drive from sumter! Will absolutely be back!

I took my artistic nephew here a few weeks ago. They had a new dental assistant I think she said her name was Monica. Very sweet and patient young lady. I was having trouble with daily routines of brushing his teeth. She gave me a suggestion and it worked great. I thank her for the information and I'm no longer having problems with my son brushing on a daily basis. I wish her nothing but the best very sweet loving young lady. She is most definitely the type of person any office should have

The staff are all very kind and understanding. My son was scared to go to the dentist but when leaving he said he couldn't wait to come back. So I guess you can they are kid approved!

The best dentist I have ever had work on me. Never going anywhere else. And the front desk ladies are fantastic!!!

They have really improved within the last year!! wait time was under 10 min for both of my appointments and they were days apart. I love it

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist office the staff that handled my son was amazing. My son has a fear & high antianxiety when it comes to doctors office of any type. they were definitely understanding and definitely accommodating to his needs my son felt so comfortable. And did not have any issues. Any time he was nervous or in fear they made sure they walked him through the process I was sad to hear that the doctor will be retiring in October so if you get a chance to meet this amazing woman, I recommend anybody to go here !!! the staff had me in tears of how amazing they were and how well they cared about him!!!!!

For my son the entire staff was Professional, friendly and he’s was seen at the appointment time scheduled and advised us of the next steps

I am a social worker, and the dentist at Family Dental on Two Notch has seen several of my clients that I've referred to her, and she has always been GREAT. She is kind and knows how to make them feel comfortable. I came into the office with one person who was very anxious about the dental appointment and she knew just what to say and do to make him feel at ease. She is patient and does a really good job. Highly recommend!! Thank you to this wonderful lady who does such a great job with her patients!!

Love the new dental doctor she doesn't grate work and makes people feel comfortable makes me feel like I wanna get a clean everyday Thank you keep up the grate work..

Great! Every one was very cordial and pleasant! Had yearly exam done with deep cleaning. No pain at all! Am retired RN 40+ Yrs, quite familiar with pain! 10/10!! Highly recommend to everyone!!!
I just read some of the posted reviews. I am very surprised at the negative reviews! I made the appointment and arrived 30 minutes before-I was a new patient and knew there would be paperwork. Receptionist was very pleasant, acknowledged me as soon as I got to window. She asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Waited maybe 20 minutes then went back to see dentist. The tech who did my xrays was pleasant and professional and knew what she was doing. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes before dentist came in. Dentist was very pleasant, listened to me and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do(I was not having any dental issues-just needed exam/cleaning), and asked if I had any questions. She was very professional and I appreciated that. I am very sorry others didn’t have a positive experience. I do understand what it feels like not to be treated with care/compassion especially when you are in pain and have to wait to get some relief/answers. I have been both a care-giver(RN 40+ years, including 10yrs as a travel ER RN) and receiver of care, dx’d with lung cancer 8 years I ago). So, again I am very sorry some did not have a good experience! I gave 5 stars because they deserve it!

For the comments of the people that said the wait is too long shame on them. I’d much rather have to wait and have someone take their time on me than to rush to keep an appointment time. This dentist takes her the with you, and has a very comforting, welcoming personality. She is more than WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The dental work I received yesterday was phenomenal! The outcome was far better than anything I had expected! I highly recommend this place. I cannot say too many good things about the staff and care myself and 4 year old child received! 5 stars all the way!

Super yesterday I went to my appointment, the attention was very good from the reception and the doctors were very good, very good treatment, 100% recommended

I found the Dentist & staff to be super nice, professional & willing to help me complete what I need done! I will continue to refer people to their practice which I have done! I was asked by a few gentlemen who are like me who have good insurance & are willing to do the right thing! Will only refer if the are willing to follow directions that you ask them to do. I loved it! First time was yesterday and the staff is amazing. My kids were in and out. I made an appointment for myself and husband too!

The services were excellent and I really enjoyed the customer service experience.
