Rice Creek Family Dentistry

I had a great experience with Rice Creek Family Dentistry. From the time I called to set up my husband's initial dentist appointment, everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Dr. Jackson and his dental assistant(from Staten Island) made me feel welcome and included in the appointment. That was very comforting especially because my husband has to have some major dental work done. Dr. Jackson took his time explaining all the options and advising us on the best thing to do. The ladies up front and the even the lady who deals with the insurance deserve applause. I will be moving my care to Rice Creek as well now! Dr. Jackson has an amazing staff!

I had such a good experience at Rice Creek. Ms. Cindy was my hygienist and she was so kind and patient. She let me take breaks and told me exactly about what each step was and why we are doing it. This is the first time I didn’t cry at a dentist appointment in YEARS. Can’t recommend them enough, especially if you have sensory issues or dentist anxiety.

Dr. Jackson and the team are exceptional!!! I love the updated technology, giving the ability to view any issues or concerns my kids are having and his patience in answering my questions. Staff are all very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. My kids and I give 5 stars!!!!!

All the staff were efficient and extremely nice. I was confident in the care that was given from the time I walked in up until I departed. I had implants placed by my oral surgeon and the scan to get my crowns arrived when they said it would. I would definitely refer to this office for dental needs.

I enjoy going to Rice Creek FAMILY Dentistry. They treat you like family, they LISTEN to your concern, formulate a plan, and last but certainly not least they are professionals.

My experience was over the top!!!! Everyone was so welcoming and polite even when I made the appointment. I told them exactly what I needed and went on the intentions I was going to be referred to someone else but to my surprise NO! One stop shop and Crystal was amazing! She explained everything to me and I understood it😊 so if anyone's looking for a family dentist look no further!!!! I wish I could give them a 10 star review!

Everything was A-1 from the moment I called….to the moment I left my first appointment. I was conveniently able to submit paperwork online a few days before coming in. The receptionists (3 lovely ladies) were so welcoming and hospitable. The team who examined and cleaned my teeth were top tier as well. It’s nice when you can go to an establishment and recognize that everyone is on the same page, while getting the job done right. Keep up the great work y’all !!!! Highly recommend.

Just finished my first appointment with them and I am impressed with their attention to detail and truly trying to solve an issue I have with one of my teeth. I was seeking a new dentist with good ratings and came across Dr. Jackson. I must express that my visit from the beginning to the end was a pleasant experience. Everyone one I encountered was super nice. A huge shout out to my dentist hygienist, Tiffany. She was super friendly, personable, and engaging. I was very comfortable around her. Dr. Jackson was great too. He also was personable and made me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend Rice Creek Family Dentistry. I recently moved to SC and needed to establish with a dentist. I called Rice Creek and immediately felt like family. Jessica the receptionist was patient and answered all my questions. Scheduling was a breeze and I was able to get in within two days. My hygienist Tiffany was AMAZING. She was so friendly and approachable. She too answered ALL my questions. She was so gentle and thorough. Last but definitely not least Dr Behlke, he was top notch. Friendly, kind and again answered all my questions. They gave me suggestions for healing my sore gums and were not out to schedule you for unnecessary procedures. I look forward to my next appointment. THANK YOU ALL for making this a very pleasant experience.
