The physical rehabilitation at LMC Northeast for my ankle. The staff Brad, Chris, Laura, and Brittnie are amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and care about your well being. I felt like family and my recovery is still working in my favor not to have surgery. Thanks to Chris for really working with me to ensure I was taking care of. Thanks for all you do!!! Thanks Brad for administering my acupuncture with care you are amazing . If you are looking for physical therapy or rehabilitation for injuries this is the place.

I recently visited the urgent care and had an outstanding experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, the nurses were incredibly attentive, and the physician assistant provided thorough and compassionate care. The facility was impeccably clean, and what stood out was the speed at which I was seen—within 10 minutes of arriving. I also appreciated the convenience of checking in from home. Overall, a top-notch urgent care with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction.

I was seen twice at Urgent Care in Lexington medical center Northeast. The service there was excellent. From the reception desk, until
I was seen by nurse in my room there. It was a pleasure to being their. It was very clean and the wait time was no longer than 20 minutes. The Doctor that evaluated me was excellent, knowledgeable and very polite. Thank you for having this service available instead of having to go to the emergency room. Keep up the good work at this site. A thankful patient.

I've been here 2 times. One for myself and one for my 1 year old. Both times I've been pulled to the back within 30 mins of arriving. And both tests have been completed within another 30-45 mins. And the results read within another 30-45. I know it doesn't sound like a win, but thats exceptional for urgent cares and ERs. They are fully staffed and always have an XRAY tech on staff. MyChart always allows to check-in ahead of time!

Came in on Thursday with an abscess. Hardly a wait. The staff from intake to the procedure to drain the abscess was done with superior professionalism, care, precision, and great bedside manner.
I’ve come here before and will continue to.

I’ve been here 4 times on different days. Usually places are a bit inconsistent but I’ve had a very pleasant experience each time. There’s no prejudice, not a long wait, and lots of friendly faces.

When you walk in you fill out a paper with why you’re here, then they call you up to the desk and get your info, then they take you in a room off the lobby to check your temp and get more info why you’re there and when it’s your turn they call you into the back for treatment. The whole process is very thorough and consistent.

The check in process was quick and easy. The facility is very clean and offers a lot of privacy once you’re placed in an exam room. I only waited 30 minutes before being placed in an exam room. The nurse promptly took my vitals and completed the necessary labs. I waited a bit longer before I was treated by Dr. Gibbons who had excellent bedside manner. Despite 10-15 other patients in the waiting room, my entire visit only lasted an hour and fifteen minutes after arriving at 8am on a Saturday morning. My prescriptions were immediately sent to my pharmacy and their was no miscommunication regarding what medications I was prescribed.

I will definitely be back if I can’t get in with my primary care provider for a sick visit soon enough.

I came to this location after being treated like I was not human at the doctors care on Forest Dr! Complete 360 because of this location, I am able to walk again! The Dr. Was amazing, unlike doctors' care they actually give AF!

I went to this Urgent Care on Labor Day. Even though there were a fair number of people in the waiting room, I was seen in a timely manner. The staff, nurses and doctor were kind and professional. (Thank you nurses Katrice and Linda and Dr. Chau!) The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Dr. Chau was spot-on with his preliminary diagnosis which a CT scan confirmed. The CT scan was done on site as well as IV antibiotics. I went out of my way to go to this urgent care as opposed to several that were closer, but it was well worth it.

My review of the Outpatient Surgical Center only:

Arrived for my surgery on March 16th, 2023 and was greeted by a very nice front desk clerk who was friendly and upbeat. I had hardly gotten seated when I was called back to get prepped. The nurse who prepped me was super nice and made me feel comfortable. The staff in the post-op area were also very friendly and took great care of me. The facility was neat and clean, and made me feel confident.

I really wish I would have specific names to give the credit to, but every person I had contact with was very friendly and made the overall experience top notch!

Dr. Gibson is a great and caring doctor. This was my second visit to the urgent care this year. This time was a hand injury. Just like the first time, he knew exactly what was wrong. After dealing with the horrible pain for a few days, he had me feeling better in two days. Hopefully, I don’t ever have to visit again but I will be sure to recommend him to others. I am grateful to know that compassionate doctors like Dr Gibson are available after duty hours.

I arrived on a Friday evening around 7 pm.
The wait time was around 30 minutes. I went thinking they would send me home, that nothing was wrong. Having heard the experience was good for 2 others, I went. The doctor told me I needed to go to the hospital now. All I can say is that he was right! My life could be quite different if he had sent me home. Thank you urgent care!!

I have several doctors in this location. It’s clean and easy to locate. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even the cafe a great staff,.

Parking. Lots of it however the design is such a mess. You’re 200’ to an elevator from the entrance. Unless dropped of. Not everyone jad has a driver.
GOLFCARTS; the drivers are no mo where to be seen. And when you do locate help. Its as if you are causing a major interruption to their life.
So whats the point of having them? Who are they intended for! Terrible building design.

I read the other reviews and was skeptical but this is the closest Lexington medical office to where I live. So I took the chance. I'm glad I did. I was first in so I didn't have a wait time, Ms Aimee was waiting for me! I had a smooth checkin, no issues getting vitals. Aimee went over medication on my file and confirmed other doctors I'm seeing in Lexington medical center care. I met with the doctor who also ask questions about another health issue that's ongoing to be sure of how to treat my needs on this visit. I was on my way back home in just 5 minutes over an hour of arriving. Everyone I encountered was polite, the facility was clean and they didnt take much time. I'll go back if I ever need in the future.

I was alittle confused about the reviews that I saw on here, so I just wanted to give my opinion about my services I experienced while being seen here. I have been here a few times and the services was great! The front desk staff as well as the nurses and provider that seen me was great! I’m sure they have different staff on and have different providers, but I have always had great services at this location.

Was here last night for an issue with my daughter. We thought that she may have had a broken wrist. Everyone from the administration staff to the nurses were absolutely fabulous. This is the fifth time my family has been here and we have never received less than a five-star experience. I would recommend this place, especially if you're looking for an urgent care versus an emergency room because this is exactly the type of place that will get you in and out as fast as possible.

We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that includes an x-ray for my daughter. My daughter is only two and the staff was really understanding when she was fidgety and wiggly. Absolutely love this place. Would recommend to a friend.

This facility is just superb. I've been into urgent care several times and just had my gall bladder removed by Dr. Hughes and everyone was just top notch professional. From front staff, the ultrasound tech, nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctor were just amazing. Very sympathetic, thorough, and outstanding. Excellent care which is rare these days in the American healthcare system. The staff was attentive; outside of the girl at check-in, she was somewhat unfriendly—but the medical care staff was excellent from the nurses to the doctors, and they are quick and efficient. It’s also very clean on the inside. Thank you so much!

I've had the privilege to visit this urgent care facility on two different occasions. Both experiences were top notch in what I expect from a medical facility. The reception staff Angela and Shimeka were both kind and professional. I made sure to thank them with the same energy I would as if I had a complaint. The all so awesome Teonica and her staff Joni and Heidi were all exceptional in their care. I am so very grateful 🙏🏽!!
