Great experience for a beginner to my list of DIY projects. The staff was busy but helpful to everyone who asked for assistance, including me. I left there getting exactly what I needed.

Went to Lowe’s on Sam’s crossing and Yvonne went above and beyond to help me thank you so much. I appreciate all Lowe’s employees at this store y’all are amazing.

Very helpful store. Had a young man named Carlos help me find a drill/driver set for my needs. He is someone who cares about the customers and just a people person in general.

Went into this Lowes to check it out as a new resident to the area, was very happy there is a Lowes nearby when I need to pick up household improvement items.
This store is very well stocked, and laid out to make finding what I need easy, and the folks walking the floor were very helpful in pointing me in the direction of where I needed to go when I was looking for some specific items.

The selection is nice, the prices are reasonable, I was especially thrilled they have a nice garden section with lots of tools & plants & bushes & such, will make landscaping my new home much easier!

Grills and picnic tables, cleaning supplies, ceiling fans, & just about anything you can think of for home improvement chores & tasks are available at this spacious store, and parking is easy & convenient as well.

I'll enjoy frequenting this Lowes in the future for sure!

I was looking for filters for air conditioning unit and could not find any . Employee stop to assist me. He took the time to check stock and saw some on upper shelf. Employee went get stair latter so get filters for me, I totally appreciate him assisting me, much appreciated!!! Thanks again!

Suzanne in the cabinets section is fantastic! If you EVER need anything, seek her out. She’s been in several of the departments inside the facility and it shows.

Marco in the building department helped me get the supplies I needed for my wood privacy fence. I am so happy that I chose Lowes. The wood was a good quality and most importantly the price wasn't bad at all for the amount of supplies I needed for the project.

Fantastic experience working with Carmen in the Kitchen Appliance section of the Lowe’s on Sam’s Crossing. Carmen was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough during the entire process. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and dishwasher after she took the time to ask questions understand our full needs, provide review/rating information and recommend several options.

We are in here almost daily for our business and LOVE the employees. We couldn’t operate without them!

Love this Lowe's. The employees are very nice and for the most part eager to help u. Mike is great. He has helped me countless times including getting a lawn mower! These guys are great!

Lowe's is my go to store for my home and garden. I like that I can order online and pickup my order when it is ready which is usually the same day. I ordered an Acadia Diamond end panel online for a last minute modification for my kitchen upgrade. This location never filled the order. On the third day I went to the store and I couldn't find the bay. I asked two male associates and they didn't know either. I was understanding because Lowe's recently completed some renovations to their stores and moved some items around. After 30 minutes of searching I met Travis, a Lowe's employee. He stayed with me and walked me around until he found then end panel. Lowe's thank you for hiring a caring and compassion person. Travis believes is customer satisfaction.

From the moment I entered the store until the completion of my purchase, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a remarkable shopping experience.

Teresa and Jalen were incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. They patiently listened to my needs and provided me with valuable insights and recommendations. Their expertise made it effortless for me to find exactly what I was looking for, saving me both time and frustration.

Hats off to Suzanne in Cabinets + Countertops @Lowes #3026. She leaned in, took ownership, and followed through. She was patient as we went through our decision making and helped us explore multiple options.

Always helpful staff. Had an odd battery size for a ceiling fan remote no one else had. Don't always want to shop online.

My buying experience with lowes was great. I bought a refrigerator washer and dryer. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I had to reschedule my delivery date I immediately received it by email. The delivery day and time also went well.

Came in today with a minor issue, which Homer, ( one of the managers) addressed personally and resolved quickly.. Very professional and courteous. And the staff that loaded some lumber into our truck, were extremely helpful and courteous too. 2 thumbs up for this Lowes today !!

We were in your store yesterday trying to decide on a Pre-lit Christmas tree. We were trying to determine the accessories for one particular tree. Josephina must have realized we were going back and forth among the
display trees and boxes. She came over and opened a box for us to ensure everything we wanted was included. She retaped the box and assisted us to the register. She happened to be outside assisting another customer, when were taking the tree to our vehicle. Once she finished, she immediately came over to help place the boxed tree in our vehicle. Josephina provided the type of customer service that we do not experience very much in current times. She is an asset to your store and should be rewarded for being a positive light for your store.

The Sam's Crossing Lowe's is leagues better than any others. Their excellent customer service and fast checkout were refreshing and shocking. In comparison to the terribly slow service received at all other Lowe's, I would definitely drive 20 minutes out of my way and pass 2 Lowe's to shop here.

Dominique and Richard from deliveries and Yolanda from appliances have been my angels. Everyone at this location has been super helpful and have gone out of their way for me during my home building process. They have helped me find the accessories that i have needed for the installation of my appliances and have worked with me on my deliveries in an above and beyond manner. Cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Sam's Crossing location!
