Feels Like Family Dentistry

I work in marketing and communications, so I know that five stars can sometimes seem unbelievable, but I would be lying if I did not give Dr. Warren and her team five stars. Every time she does something to my teeth they look better than when I went in. I had a chipped front tooth repair that lasted and admittedly long time. I knew that was lucky, but I never loved the way the repair looked (done by a different dentist). Right before my wedding four years ago, she offered to shape my other front tooth to resemble the repaired tooth more closely for a more symmetrical smile – it was an immediate fix. I recently chipped that previously repaired front tooth and went in to Dr. Warren to fix it, and I have to say somehow it looks even more glorious than before. I am always thrilled with her work. On top of that my hygienist, Monica, is amazing, the front desk staff are so helpful, polite and friendly Their appointment times are always reasonable, they work well with my work schedule and seem to be available for emergency situations in a reasonable timeframe. We have left the Northeast side of town and still continue to come to Feels Like Family Dentistry because I have never had a better dentist experience in my adult life. They are also great with my toddler. Worth the drive for anyone looking for a fantastic dentist experience.

Best Dental visit that I can remember, in 58 years. Monica the hygienist was amazing and thorough, not to mention friendly. Will visit again in 6 months, which I never do. 10 of 10.would recommend. The office staff are great as well. The doctor needs to keep the light of my eyes when checking me out, lol, wouldn't be authentic if I didn't have some criticism. Great dental experience.

I have been a client for over 6 years and I have never had any issues. Today was my 6 month cleaning and yes I was in and out with in 30 minutes. I was even give suggestions on what to do, because I love my coffee. See you in 6 months! I love my DENTIST & HYGIENIST. Kudos to front office staff alway inviting.

A very mindful and patient-centered feel. Michelle, Monica and our Dr. Warren have always been easy- going and pleasant.

I appreciate the open feel to their waiting/office area, though I imagine it could make staff feel like goldfish!, but it creates a open friendly sort of seeing/hearing everyone vibe I think with Francis and Charity staffing the front set a warm tone front the start.

I've hated dentists my whole life. The crew hear has made my dental needs so fun and pleasant. Dr Warren is very knowledgeable and so sweet easy to deal with . Her hole crew is very pleasant to deal with. .

Great staff and professional dental experts. Greeted me coming into the office and helped to mitigate any COVID -related restrictions. Once seated, I was treated like a family member during both my cleaning and dental exams. Love the hygienist and dentist, they were both gentle and helpful in determining an affordable course of action to restore my smile and tooth structure. Coming from another state, this really does feel like family and I think the level and cost of care are just right for me and my family. I am happy we decided to get our dental care here!!!

Awesome!! I had a filling fall out over the weekend, I called as soon as they opened on Tuesday morning and they had me scheduled in for Thursday to have it fixed! As a NEW patient! The ladies at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and patient while we were trying to get my insurance sorted out over the phone, they made the whole process easy!

Best dentist. She is a no nonsense person. She doesn't insist on a bunch of unnecessary dental work. She tells it straight and gets the job done which is just my style.

I have gone 3 times and now my kids (7, 5, 2) are going here too after a terrible experience at a local pediatric dentistry. The tech who did their teeth was SO gentle and patient with them and all their funny questions. Give that lady a raise!

I had a cleaning done today, Asia was awesome and comforting during my cleaning. The doctor was so thorough and informative! She didn’t suggest any unnecessary work for me which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I so appreciate Ms Francis, and Dr Warren for the warm welcoming during my first visit. Ms Francis you are truly a blessing, from making my appointment to my arrival and departure. You were right there. Thank you so much. Everything you told me about Dr. Warren was true. She really is something special😊. Thanks again for the support and encouragement.

This group is awesome! My previous dentist went completely off the radar! No word of closing the business or anything along with all my records! Feels Like Family had no problem making my dental care as easy and painless as possible in many ways, they went above and beyond what any healthcare facility would do! With these folks on the Health Care circuit, there IS hope of really caring for the patient!! Giant Kudos to Feels Like Family!!!

Feels Like Family Dentistry is one of the only dental office that you will find here in Columbia that they dont go after your money. They care about you, and what is best for you!

I love how chill this office is. Francis and Monica were super welcoming and kind. Dr. Warren really listened to what I had to say and suggested realistic solutions to my concerns about my teeth. The staff here really goes above and beyond. I’m glad I found this place.

Earlier this year a friend of mine recommended that I go to Dr. Koeing, I was having some pain associated with an old filing. My visit could not have been more pleasant Dr. Koeing and all of her staff are extremely friendly, kind, and have a great sense of humor. The problem with the filing has been fixed and I could not be happier.

I recently returned for my bi-annual cleaning and again was thrilled to be a patient in the office. The visit was much more than just a teeth cleaning it was a whole mouth education. I love that they spend the time to help one understand the importance of brushing and flossing and how it will prevent serious future complications.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you with compassion and dignity. I really love the dentist, Dr Thomas. She gives awesome shots! Can't even feel them.

FINALLY...I CAN SMILE AGAIN. The friendliest front desk, Dr. Warren OMG she's amazing. Well versed on the latest Technics in denistry. Gave me several options. Explained costs and options. Monica did a superb job,w cleaning. They have teeth whitening programs at affordable costs. Fast. CLEAN, professional, easy to find on Spears Good parking, early appts. GO HERE. What a terrific office. I was greater immediately by a very sweet Courtney, then taken back within minutes of my arrival. Very friendly team and Dr. I am so glad I have them.
