My first experience at SOAK was not a disappointment. The staff was courteous and friendly. I got a manicure and a spa pedicure and I couldn’t be more pleased. Tejera did a great job and paid special attention to some problem areas. I’ll definitely make SOAK part of my self-care routine and I also plan to try some of the other services!

First time going here. Faith was very personable. She did a great job as my feet were very sore in certain areas. I will definitely be back! Will book her again

Excellent day today at Soak. Caroline did my facial. She’s awesome!!! Denicia gave me a pedicure and I highly recommend her!! Nicholas was my masseuse. I needed that !!! He was great!!! I will be returning!!!!!

Lexi is excellent!!!. She takes her time and takes pride in her work, which can be rare when it comes to finding a good tech... this was by far the best manicure/pedicure I’ve ever had, and I’m meticulous when it comes to my nails. She listens to what the customer wants and give advice when asked. Perfection at its best!!

Tejera is the absolute BEST!! Her attention to detail makes all the difference and she’s so nice! I feel so comfortable with her & I wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else!

This was a great experience! Nicholas did a Great massage. My muscles was stressed when I arrived for my appointment; once Nicholas completed my session my muscles was floating on cloud nine. I left the Spa stress free muscles. Nice Atmosphere!

Lovely spa in Columbia. Had a wonderful manicure and pedicure with Tejera. She was super thorough and a perfectionist with color application. There was also a nice selection of fancy soaps and other goodies at the front available for purchase.

I had a wonderful experience. So very relaxing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and not stuffy at all. I had a fun time chatting with the woman next to me and the technicians that were working with the two of us. I got a spa pedicure, and Naujauh was amazing. I have some problems with my big toenails, and she paid extra special attention to shaping them so they wouldn't hurt as they grow. She was very conscientious of my comfort, and making sure nothing was hurting my toes as she worked. And the foot massage was out of this world! There are no massage chairs, in case someone cares a lot about having that perk. But to me, the service far outweighed not having that feature. This was my first time, and I will definitely be back! I'll be singing the praises of this spa to everyone I can.

I had a great experience with Hailey! It was my first visit and I had the lash extensions done. The results are beautiful and dramatic! The salon is very pretty and the girls at the front desk are genuinely kind and friendly. I'm looking forward to returning.

I went to Soak for the first time this past weekend, and it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had! My nail tech was absolutely lovely! Since they are primarily appointment based, my pedicure was scheduled for 1 hour. This meant that they took their time on me. My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage and this was the longest massage I have ever had with a pedicure. My nails were painted meticulously and perfectly! I am definitely going back!

Great customer service and atmosphere! I received a 60 minute massage from Anna and it was a great relief on my sore muscles. The changes to the place make it really comfortable to be in and I will definitely be going back to try out more of the other services. I hear the facials are the best and I've never had one. Thanks Soak crew for a great experience!

It’s always such a treat to go to Soak. I go mostly for the spa pedicure. The staff is always so friendly, warm and welcoming. Of course my little toes always look great too!!

I never had a pedicure that ministered to me, as my pedicure at Soak. There is dignity, quiet spirit, great manners. The technique for every movement of that pedicure, massage of the tired feet, exfoliation, the nurturing with honey and other natural ingredients, were all so well applied! I only went there because I received a gift card. Now I am their faithful customer. Exceptional service in all levels.
