Walmart Pharmacy

I come to this pharmacy for all of my needs. The staff is always lovely. I had to mention the other person's complaint about the phones. They always answer the phone at the pharmacy. The general store phone isn't as consistent though. I think the general store phone number might be the number listed on Google. They might need to change that.

They are very helpful, some a very knowledgeable, They leave out 2days of my meds.30 days only got 28 days
I'm going ny today, to my 2 Meds.

I came to the Walmart on forest drive in Columbia South Carolina before 1:00 PM. I waited outside for them to bring me my medication they said they were bringing it out to me. The girl did never came out and I was sitting there until quarter till two with no one letting me know what’s going on it or anything. I came inside because no one approached me or called me to let me know my medication was ready and I walked in to an employee at the pharmacy telling me that they were closed from 130 to 2. Meanwhile I have to go to work I have a client that’s waiting on the outside of my salon. My question is if you have a curbside service why did you let Mr. Client) walk from the curbside the inside of the building to receive the medication only to find out that they’re closed for lunch

The experience has just been the worse with this location. From filing my insurance to lying about my medicine being shipped to me. I wish they could be reported so corrections can be done.

The worst customer service ever they will take you 15 minutes for your medicine then you’ll be waiting for an hour and still not ready

Worst experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy. They send you notifications that are incorrect and make you come back multiple days after sending multiple notifications that your prescriptions are ready for pickup. Then they are rude and give you an attitude if you are even slightly upset about their mistakes and poor customer service.

Pharmacy lied about calling me back regarding my medication after I made sure she had my info.

Do you not answer the phone? I've tried calling several times during business hours with the line just ringing away.
