My husband ordered my Valentine flowers from you today....they are amazing ...Roses, tulips, lilies, hydrangeas, hyacinths. My whole office smelled like spring. He came in later to get our daughter pink Roses and they were beautiful. We are so lucky to have a wonderful, generous man and very talented florist.

These folks are the best. We’ve been ordering there for years and always get friendly service and great flowers. Thank you!

Didn't get what i asked for even when I wanted to spend more money then they suggested. And then they didn't last any time at all. I have bought better bouquets at Kroger that looked niceer and lasted longer for about half the price I paid at Nancys . I like to support small businesses but I will not support this one anymore

I placed an order for my brothers anniversary to be delivered on Saturday. Order was cancelled and I was not even notified because according to the lady who was very rude she had too much going on to get the flowers delivered. All she wanted to keep saying is using her website is not directed with her but with a company called flower shop network. Terrible customer service and if I owned this flower shop ai would call this flower shop network myself but the lady who answered at nancy's need a class in good customer service and satisfaction. Will never use her again or recommend her either. 20 year anniversary and no flowers sent. Terrible Terrible flower shop

Ordered the Cheergiver arrangement for a dear friend for her birthday. The picture showed an arrangement that was just that...cheery. But what was delivered was nothing close. I understand substitutions sometimes need to be made, but what was delivered did not look anything, except for the 2 gerbera daisies, like the photo. Called the shop to express my disappointment and was treated rudely. Will not order from here again.
