Fedex

Got notified Monday that a package requiring signature for delivery was ready for FedEx to pick up. Tuesday morning got an email from FedEx that the package was received and would be delivered Thursday between 9:30AM and 1:30PM and that I would have to be present to sign. Having something on my schedule for Thursday I made arrangements to instead do it Wednesday. Well, Tuesday afternoon I get an email from FedEx that the package would arrive early, on Wednesday, at the same time frame. So, I made arrangements to shift my appointment back to Thursday. Wednesday comes I wait all day and hear nothing from FedEx until I call them at 3:30PM and ask where my package us. I am informed it is still in Memphis and would not arrive until Thursday. So, I wasted an entire day on Wednesday waiting for a package that FedEx knew was still in Memphis. I am on both text and email shipment status notifications but got nothing from FedEx about any delay. Not only did I waste all day Wednesday I had to cancel the appointment on Thursday that I had already changed from Thursday to Wednesday and back to Thursday. Thank you, FedEx.

Here just one small example of dealing with this company:
One supplier I buy from uses FedEx exclusively. They shipped a package from Durant, OK on 2/1. The package came all the way to my city, Phoenix AZ, where it was then re-labeled and sent all the way to Orlando, FL before being sent all the way back to Phoenix AZ. The reason they have to re-label items is because their facilities are so dirty and grimy that labels are rendered unreadable by the time they get wherever they are going. Do yourself a favor and AVOID tracking that looks like this:

They waste money on fuel and outdated policy. Package required signature, this is cool. I call to inform them with my door hang number that I will not be around to ever sign for package during the day. They cannot redirect or hold due to the shippers instructions, okay. I call shipper, he redirects package, great. They still attempt 2 more delivery attempts, wasting fuel and making my product unavailable to me. I need this for business purposes, so now I am losing money because I don’t have a package for several days. In this day and age with several shipping options fedex cannot be this sloppy and inept. I will never use fedex again, ever. I will pay more to use UPS, whom I really hate and or DHL.

Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong address and the customer service keep giving me the run around. The picture on there website is not my house. They are horrible and they have know responsibility for anything. They need to go out of business.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is horrible. Driver is absolutely horrible. I do everything in my power to not use FedEx.

FedEx has one job and they cannot figure out how to do it right to save their life. If they brought back the Pony Express, I would choose them over FedEx.

I had a shipment in two separate packages that was due to be delivered to me 2 days ago. Yesterday the driver shows up at my door with one of the two packages (the one that is useless without the other one), and says he has the other one in his truck and just needs to find it. So I'm waiting by my door for him to find my other package as he proceeds to drive away, never to be seen again.

I still don't have the package and don't have the first clue when I will, even though I need it for tomorrow. It took 3 calls to customer service to get anyone to even attempt to lift a finger about it, and they have informed me that I should get it tomorrow (probably).

Absolute joke of a shipping company.

The package is lost! And all I get is SORRY! It contains a electric bill $3000.00 and I can't speak with anyone who knows anything it vanished???? I need a chair or my $ I saved for 2 years to get it! FEDEX IS TERRIBLE!

Someone else package got delivered, I tried to call but automated voice mail tree is... Bad. Anyway it's out on the front porch. GL

Hello my name is Melissa Johnson. I was an employee at Fedex Ground in Spokane Valley Wa for 3 yrs.... I was wrongly terminated when I went to management for help and protection from another employee who was threatening me and stalking me in and out of work, they did nothing. They didn't even contact any of my witnesses, and some of my witness were also other victims of this man, my proof and statements from my witnesses and victims were never really looked over or contacted until months after I was wrongfully let go. This man is still working there and victimizing women. I have a couple statements from a few women that this man was touching them or one of them at work unwilling and another one from the woman that stalking her as well as outside of work and more and the management at Fedex knew about all of this and this man's behavior for years five or more years women have reported him, and I have a statement of that and this man is also conning the company with his medical Ini claims and also having other people get into it as well. I cannot technically prove that, but if you put two into together, it is proven, but I just have a few peoples text messages saying it, but this man is getting no way with victimizing women and I have proof and the management knew of this man doing this for over five years and when I went for help, I was fired and it is wrong and I am letting you know I'm making this known I have been fighting for my job back. I loved my job. The people there were my family and most of them. There are still my family and I'm gonna protect the women there and I'm gonna protect my rights.so much to this case it goes on.... IT NEEDS TO STOP! PROTECT US! STOP THAT MAN! I AM MAKING THIS PLACE KNOWN FOR THIS
