I love this Walgreens, the sales Associates r always helpful. The Pharmacy is the best. I love these guys.

The store is nice and clean. They have pretty much everything you might need but it's going to be more expensive than if you go to another store. The customer service isn't too bad, they worked with me when I had some issues checking out.

I can't STAND to get a prescription filled here. Absolutely a horrible customer experience with the slow employees.

It must be a job requirement to create the longest slow moving line.

Do not go here for Covid test! They will not send your results at all!!!!!!!!!!! I called 6 times! They said I’m positive but I’m yet to receive the email.

Also, don’t even think about doing curbside pickup for online orders here! I tested positive for Covid so I didn’t want to go inside the store. They had me waiting over 30mins in the car! My order was ready 4hrs before I actually showed up. I even called inside to let them know I was outside waiting! This Walgreens is a joke! Please go up the street!

Update: the African American pharmacist technician that work on 11/02 at 1pm wearing the ghetto looking nails and her hair out is the most disrespectful pharmacist I’ve ever come across! Go find a work from home job! You obviously don’t like people.

The Pharmacist said my Profile had changed and that I could no longer get discounts like Good Rx anymore at this location. The technician wanted to give me the Good Rx discount, but the Pharmacist said not too. I went back to my old Walgreens location at Perkins/Summer, and the Pharmacist said my Profile had not changed, and they would accept Good Rx discounts at their location. The Pharmacist is a liar at Hacks Cross/Shelby location! Do not do business at Hacks/Shelby Drive. Walgreens charges as much as they can, and does not look out for the needs of their customers, especially me, who has shopped there for over 50 years! Now, I go to CVS and Costco, and save more money anyway. Thank you for turning me away Walgreens. Now, I save even more money at Costco and CVS. Thanks!

There was a really rude girl there today when my mother tried to pick up my prescription. Most times I leave the doctor's office, they automatically call my prescription in. Today they had a new doctor and I suppose he didn't do that. This girl was so rude to my mom. Instead of just saying to try back later. Once I get her name, I will make a complaint. I was too sick to speak for myself but she needs to know that working with the public, you need have more tact.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever! I called to refill a prescription she told me it would be ready at 12:30 I got there at 1 just for her to tell me they didn’t have the medicine at all. I asked “well why didn’t you call me back to let me know you guys didn’t have it” instead of wasting my time. So I asked her to check with the surrounding Walgreens she had the audacity to ask me to go around and get back in line or come in while she checked. On a separate visit (trying to be proactive because they never have the prescriptions in stock) I refilled prescription a week or 2 in advance. I received several calls saying the prescriptions are ready I go up there stand in line for 20mins just to be told they put the medicine back and they don’t even have one of them in stock. It’s ridiculous and I think the worst part is the customer service no one there says “sorry for the inconvenience, let me check another location” you have to ask. All they do is give you attitude.

The customer service is so poor! I have been given the wrong medication before (medication that i was severely allergic to) and they did nothing to ensure that it wouldn’t happen again. Despite my repetitive order in medication they never have it in stock and the attitudes of the pharmacy depart is horrible.

I go to this Walgreens all the time because I try to support business in my neighborhood. But this Walgreens makes me so mad at times. I also have issues with the Walgreens Pharmacy. The only thing I try to remember is my nephew works at a Walgreen and they are making all of them learn to work in Pharmacy which I think is the issue. They are doing something they really do not want to do..
